A NEW STUNT FROM PPP

ARE WE CALLING AZAB FROM ALLAH ALMIGHTY BY CHALLENGING QURAN O SUNAT

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Central Information Secretary Fauzia Wahab ‘revealed’ that there was no constitution in the era ruled by Hazrat Omar (R.A), as there was only Holy Quran.

Talking to a private TV channel in a program convened on the immunity enjoyed by President Asif Ali Zardari, she added that the then court subpoenaed Hazrat Omar for having no constitution; but, today’s judiciary could not call President Asif Ali Zardari thanks to the presence of the Constitution now.

She said that President Asif Zardari had the immunity in accordance with the International Convention and no case could be reopened against him.

The Central Information Secretary said that the ministers of PPP in the meeting showed their solidarity with President Asif Ali Zardari.

The other participants including Ansar Abbasi and Ahsan Iqbal lambasted the statement by Wahab and held it in conflict with the Islamic teaching.

Ansar Abbasi said the PPP leader hurt the sentiments of the Muslim, adding the Supreme Court (SC) annulled the immunity wielded by Former President Gen (rtd) Pervez Musharraf under Article-248 of the Constitution in its verdict regarding the reinstatement of Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry on July 20, 2007 and in a detailed verdict in December 2009.

During hearing of this case, former president of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Aitezaz Ahsan said if Hazrat Omar could be called and Hamid Khan reinforced by saying he could appear 11 times before court, how come Musharraf could have this indemnity.

Responding this point, Fauzia said, ‘There was no Constitution in his (Omar’s) time. Only, there was the Holy Quran,’ addressing the participants to accordingly refrain from citing his (Omar’s) incident as an example in this era.

Wahab added, ‘President Zardari is not an ordinary citizen, as immunities are given to him. If he is not accorded the immunities, he cannot function.’

Ahsan Iqbal said Hazrat Omar made appearance before court, the very fact told that there was Islamic jurisprudence then, as it existed in every era, adding that even today, Britain has no written constitution; they have a Jurisprudence and conduct themselves in accordance with it.

I doubted Zardari would ever be the president, but what I found impossible was Asif Zardari and Hazrat Omar's name in the same sentence.

We are taught in schools that the basic principal of our constitution is "any part of constitution will not be against Qurran and Sunnah". Which means Qurran is the supreme.
If fauzia Wahab does not accept the supremacy of Qurran then she is not able to lead us and she should resign now.

I am surprising what wrong she said, this is true at that time no human written constitution was preaent. Hazarat Umar reforms was basically the first steps to develop the constitution (Human wisdom to elaborate the Quran and Sunnah). After all Hazarat Umar bin Khatab and Qazi both are human being and they may have their reservation to each other. Why we become so hypo with all things. We can make research and shut her mouth rather than shout like her.

Fuzia Wahab has admitted that despite being a Rassik-ul-Aqida Muslim, she upholds the honour of Hazrat Omer (R.A.) in highest esteem. So she may deserve a pardon form any punishment, but as‘Rasik-ul-Aqida Muslim, she should be disqualified from the national assembly. However, you are worst then is she, for your disrespect to the second most important khalifah earn you the status of Fasik. Remember, Pakistan is country, where the Muslims follow Quran and Sunnah as per the instructions of the Holy Prophet. Anyone who dares to challenge the majesty of Khulfa-e-Rashideen is nothing more than human scum.

I am posting it again to point out that Zardari and Fuzia both do not qualify to be in the Parliment under clauses of the same Artical. (Zardari because of his love for alcohol, and Fuzia for being a Rasik-ul-Aqida Muslim.)

(2) A person shall not be qualified for election as President unless he is a Muslim of not less than forty-five years of age and is qualified to be elected as member of the National Assembly.

[62. Qualifications for membership of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament).
A person shall not be qualified to be elected or chosen as a member of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) unless :-
(d) he is of good character and is not commonly known as one who violates Islamic Injunctions;
(e) he has adequate knowledge of Islamic teachings and practises obligatory duties prescribed by Islam as well as abstains from major sins ;
(f) he is sagacious, righteous and non-profligate and honest and ameen;
(g) he has not been convicted for a crime involving moral turpitude or for giving false evidence.

Now, if you can convince us that his dementia certificate was genuine, then you can also convince us that his video of ‘Jam Sipping’ along with his FM is not genuine. However, if you cannot then you must understand that according to the constitution, he is not qualified to be a president.

Finally yet importantly, is for all Zardari fans to remember that a donkey wrapped in brocade does not become a Houri of paradise.

I watched that program on dawn tv, she did not insult Quran or any muslim, she was just trying to say that at that time Quran was not codified constitution like modren time, however it was guideline for all muslims in everyday life. but you peoples have one point agenda to target ppp government and ppp leaders, so you are playing cheap shots, even using religion to attack and make progress in your propaganda campaign.

As per the Constitution Of Pakistan President cannot be called in the Court.

Is it Fauzia wahab who made this constitution.. All Mullah across the board Deobandi, Ahlehadith , Brelvi etc etc voted for this.. If this article 248 is against Islam then first of all the Religious Leaders should be declared Kaffirs by this anti PPP fatwa machines..starting from Maudoodi, MuftiMahmood, Noorani, Samiulhaq .. and all who took oath to protect this constitution must be declared kaffirs..

The basis on what Zardari bacame a president are related to and result of NRO that has been thrown out by the Courts.

Even if we keep NRO aside still Zardari is liable to be disqualified/impeached as a president according to clauses clearly laid down in the constitution.

Fowzia Wahab lacks grey matter; proof is she will issue a public statement without prior thinking or doing any homework.

Now she is facing music is exactly what she deserves. Mental retards should be singled out so that public be aware of them.

The constitution of Pakistan is based on Islamic Principles while what is being practiced through law enforcement and judiciary is not by following the constitution but is according to IPC (Indian Penal Code) laid out by the colonials during the British India rule with a cosmetic change of name only.
What is according to the constitution is not being implemented rather we are clinging on to unconstitutional practices. This double game is causing confusions and chaos.

I travel quite a lot and I meet Pakistanis all over the world - usually lawyers, bankers and businessmen. Many a times I meet Pakistani people with very high intellect and amazing ideas that could transform Pakistan into a progressive, booming and fast-developing country. When I ask them why they dont want to go to Pakistan and replace our "cheaprray" politicians, they say "Yaar Pakistan may sahee kaam karo to jaan khatray may aa jaati hay". Just 2 months ago I met someone from Taweelah Power Plant in Abu Dhabi who had an excellent idea to revamp Pakistan's power structure. He has tried to contact the ministers a couple of times last yr but noone even bothered listening to his ideas.
My point is.. we are ruled by the scum of the earth. There is no denying that. Jaahils like Zardari, Dasti..Terrorists like Altaf..Corrupt rascals like Nawaz, Mushy and extremely low IQ personalities like Fauzia Wahab. WHY? What the hell is the educated youth doing? If the entire youth ends up leaving Pakistan, the brain drain will continue and eventually there will be NO brain lefT!

Great going, those people who don't agree with self views are usually paid by somebody to discord. I guess they are right, honesty is the best policy but insanity is the best defense.

If the constitution is Quran and the tradition of the Prophet SAW, the leader makes appearance in the court.

If the constitution is a piece of paper that is chastened, hardned, moderated, seasoned, mollified, tempered, never fully enforced, obviously after going through the cognitive operation and appendage treatment it may give subpoena immunity to the leader. That's how I understood it.

If constitution of pakistan is Quran then only president should appoint all judges, according to islam only khalifa can appoint and dismiss qazis. President should follow Islam and Quran, dismiss and send all these corrupt and constitutioinal criminal pco judges including ch. Iftkhar to home.
