The above member attacked my computer and managed to infest planting some spyware such as 'invader'. I had to format my system and change my net security software.

I am surprised. How did it happen? Did you open an email from him? I will never open an email from a stranger. Also, web based email is safer than email with outlook client.

we have been attacked by these kinda spamming a number of time .
is there any possibility ,we can block IP of the culprit ?
so he /she should not keep coming up again and again with the new Ids.
