We can apply the logic used by Brother Abdul Kareem in the video for the spate of bombings in Pakistan before coming to conclusion as the Government and some of the posts on this message board are falling into trap. It is called IPSO FACTO. It means blaming the culprit without any evidence and proof.

Obviously CAIR felt the media pressure and in other to calm the masses they started condemning prematurely. Instead they should have asked for probe or inquiry to see what really happened.
Does any member at the Forum knows, what 'really happened'?
1. Is Mr. Hassan a Muslim?
2. Why he opted to join American Military?
3. What prompted him to kill unarmed soldiers who were not yet at the battle field?
4. Why he didn't choose to join the Muslim brothers, fighting against American Forces in Afghanistan and Iraq?
5. The person at the video has tried to cover up an issue in a way what could further damage the credibility of Muslim scholars.
6. Some one might come up with a theory that Fort Hood Incident was an act of Jews or Americans.
7. Bottom line:
This was act of an angry, mad and fanatic person where rest of the peaceful normal Muslims should not feel guilty and play defensive.

Yes
2. Why he opted to join American Military?
He joined the military long before the genocidal wars started by war criminals. Hence change in his attitude.He may not have been a conscious Muslim at the time of enlistment.

Same thing that prompted American soldiers to kill unarmed civilians from Iraq to Afghanistan.
4. Why he didn't choose to join the Muslim brothers, fighting against American Forces in Afghanistan and Iraq?
He did exactly that. As Bush said "We need to fight them there so that we don't have to fight them here." What goes around comes around.

Whose credibility? Scholars for dollars?

Anything is possible.
The rest of the "peaceful" normal Muslims do not want to rock the boat that is surely sinking but they are blinded and "enjoying" life.

Gone are the days when Taliban were called terrorists. Americans are increasingly calling them Afghan "hillbillies" that were used as pretext just like WMD in Iraq to launch an illegal war to be near next El Dorado- resource rich Central Asia. According to all documents released by media, the plan to invade were in offing long before 9/11 was "staged".

The video shows just very clear approach not to be defencive as americans are at war with muslims so muslims can kill americans and its allowed..
But on the other side to keep the environment cool in US for the muslims the immediate response from muslim leaders was needed and i must appreciate that political statements issued by the muslim leaders.....
Islam does allow such politics to save the muslims honour and property specially where muslims are in minority...........Both sides are right here....

An educated military professional but obviously frustrated of continued American policies of agression and intervention into affairs of soverign states turned him on his own fellow comrades. This one was reported because act done was by a Muslim even though he was an American. Was this the only act of its kind? How many similar incidents go unreported?
Even the lone super power is since some time now 'negotiating' through backchannel diplomacy, a face saving pullout from the misadventure they started eight years ago in Afghanistan. A moment of truth and of shame to such a power and its supporters.

I believe that is what is happening right now as events unfold. You have mentioned is very true. The title of terrorists and jihadis is replaced by Freedom Fighters, not far from truth.
Now the same are being 'invited in the mainstream'. Made party to negotiations, at least in Afghanistan.
Thanks to our media, active patriotic bloggers and advancements in the field of information technology. Fort Hood incident is better understood now than if it had happened sometimes ago.

There is huge difference in kind of reporting done for this incident vs reporting done for similar incidents.
For example media tries to bring soft image of criminal to show why he did this and what could have stopped him. But in this case media was focused to link it to Islam and show that worshippor of this evil religion are not only dangerous but are hypocrites.
Yes future strategy is related, Obama has already ordered inquiry to analyse what lead to such event and how can measures be taken to avoid this.
This incident has been covered up and twisted by the media which is not fair.

I can tell you from knowledge of history, US is NOT planning to move out just yet.
It (the snake aka US/Nato) is STILL finding ways to sting Afghani resistance to them. They haven't given up yet. US is not looking to move out of Afghanistan.
It can't! .. without acquiring control of a lot of military/air bases inside as well as around Afghanistan for YEARS! to COME!
US has strategic tasks/interests in this region to take care of in order to further Zionist's agenda
