A person opens his mailbox or facebook on internet and receives a news that he wins a lottery of 7,50,000 Euros or Dollars. A processing fee is mentioned and requested to be sent immediately. If the mail receiving person is intelligent, he understands it as a fraud and hence keeps himself away. But there are people who have lost money deposited as processing fee.
