    In 1981, Fidel Castro blamed an outbreak of **** fever in Cuba on theCIA. The fever killed 188 people, including 88 children. In 1988, a Cubanexile leader named Eduardo Arocena admitted “bringing some germs”into Cuba in 1980.

    Four years later an epidemic of **** fever struck Managua, Nicaragua.Nearly 50,000 people came down with the fever and dozens died. This wasthe first outbreak of the disease in Nicaragua. It occurred at the heightof the CIA’s war against the Sandinista government and followed a seriesof low-level “reconnaissance” flights over the capital city.

    We have been fed and raised on these conspiracy theories by our leaders to overlook their "screw ups" and "blunders" they committed out of sheer incompetency....

    It is about time we got ourselves free of blaming West for diversion and looked inward to the issues that are of our own creation.....

    The **** virus in Punjab and flood water in Sindh are nothing but mismanagement of buffoons and selfish leaders...

    SultanAliKhan, neither should we underestimate or downplay the war evil coming out of the west. So the spread of **** fever here might well be a bioweapon as has been claimed.

    @Mirza Ghalib.....I don't know much about such conspiracy theoriies...I am not that bright!!!

    All I am saying is to do our utmost in dealing with God-send or our own created problems, even if there are foreign elements involved our sincere attention and efforts toward the task will reduce and eventually eliminate whatever problem/crisis we might be facing.....

    Hands-up, easy-way-out and thoughtless accusations I always comdemn!!!

    I applaud your mid-paragraph, SultanAliKhan, and do agree we coped atrociously badly with the consequences whatever their origin. No comments on paras one and three, I'm afraid. It's too late in the day now to go on with the arguments required and already repeated countless times.
