Foreign Office spokesman has stated that the world should take notice of the words of Indian COAS. India is preparing for a limited war against Pakistan, he added. Anyhow Pakistan is capable to face such misadventure and can tackle threats to her sovereignty.

After Pakistan's success in the operations inside, enemies want to crate problems in other shapes.

If this is true that India is really preparing for another limited war then read it with the news that USA is having dialogue with Taliban!!! This is a bad scenario!!! A bit confusing for me!!
Conventional war on two fronts is what this all translates into.

Yes!! and putting Pakistan under pressure. Again to get what benefits/concessions/favors/do-mores?? God knows! There may not be a war as there was none in summer 2002, but the pressure mounted would be used for something.
This pressure building tactics could also be a means to rescue the current leadership from a neckdeep crisis. A distraction same like the Baluchistan package.
However we should not take threats from our known enemy India, lightly specially when it has spent some time, efforts and money through its several counsulates in Afghanistan to destablize us internally.
