neither Bhutto ,nor BB ,neither Nawaz ,nor any one else ever dare to ask GHQ to give powers to decide .

i am not against anything and all for the 18th Amendment bill to pass ...
but i am sick and tired of finding things,contrary of what ,they have been propagate.

Asfandyar should be very happy coz he delivered for which he got vote from people. Lets see what he is gonna do next, and for what these dumb people elects ANP.

This constitutional package doesn't only change name of a province it also proposes around 94 constitutional amendments !
Moreover, I think there's a proposed amendment in this package which talks about making secondary level education compulsory !!

Some progress but a lot more needs to be devolved. Comeplete financial autonomy, including Sales Tax, needs to be given to provinces (later devolved to cities).
