This man even does not deserve that any body should take any of his statement serious. His own son's book is an open charge sheet against him. Parvez Rashid is right to say that someone puts batteries in him to speak .....

  3. The 'honourable' governor may not have had his daily dose of J.D...... it's difficult to function on a normal kilt without one's usual nashayee beverage... 10months seem like 10yrs... who knows, in Pak anything is possible!

  4. This is the worse non-political and stupid statement from a Governor who should, at least, try to 'pose' as non-partisan.

Unfortunately, Pakistan lacks Politicians, Administrators and Statesmen who cannot choose proper words to deliver a message.

Also there is no tradition in Pakistan, to feel sorry at slip of the tongue.

  5. J...D my God! So these 'angles' run on Umm al Khabais. Parvaiz Rasheed is right to say this **** lacked batteries when he came up with this statement.
For apologetics before they embark on me in his defense, I do hold adequate knowledge.

  6. Lol. Nothing should be shocking as far as HRH The Governor is concerned.... he will support his semi-tongued master for the honour of seating him on the governor's throne.

  7. I heard Rana Sanuallah's tatement that whenever Governor release a statement , I check the timing of the statement (Referring to the time of the Governor's J..D.. Dose)

Its really amazing to see these people as our LEADERS!

  8. The people are kept pre-occupied with matters relating to food, utilities, life's basics which leaves the vultures at the top free to their activities... which incidentally have nothing to do with actual governing!

  9. @oriel...

BTW, How do u know that he likes J..D Rather then S.R or all time pakistanis favorite Black and Red labels!

  10. Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

Gone are the days for this kind of politics.

Today, either Pakistani people will accept to be 'good', choose good people to have power or Pakistan will be no more.

  11. Dear Khan Sahib,

I guess you could be the right person to guide us through medical or genetic perspective, why a drunk Gora becomes more sobe, wiser and creative

where in Indo-Pakistan region, a drunk becomes more stupid, panic and dangerous?

(With the exception of some great persons like Mirza Ghalib, Fiaz Ahmad Faiz, Ahmad Faraz, Habib Jalib, Qateel Shifai and few more....)

  12. Khan_Sahib:

The reference to JD was simply to illustrate the fact that we have a complete Ayaash khar-dimagh as a so-called leader.

I'm not well acquainted with Pakistani's preference of drink. JD was just one of which I was aware, that is required in relative small dose to give the required large blood-level kick for functionality.

  13. What could be expected from a genetically lacking ****. All the mentioned GREAT PERSONS like Mirza Ghalib, Faiz.....may be prophets but still be handed out traffic rules violation tickets when found drunk and driving. There is not much difference among a stoned **** and a drunk a s s!

  14. JS Sahib:

It has been my observation that when drunk the drinker's true personality is brought out and amplified.

I have seen intellectual minds shed layers of inhibition after having drank x-amount, churning out essays, theories, hypothesis and for-conclusions like men possessed by a divine light of inspiration. The drink, rather than taking the drinker towards base-animalistic activities, actually enables the 'right kind' to think on a level not possible by a restricted, sober mind.

  15. @JS Sahib,

I think, in Asian countries, drink is mainly the problem of high class families or the "Intellectuals" I had few friends which included N.F Paracha and some of other Journalists and writers including Poets and usually after few drinks, I used to have a real mind blogging, intellectual discussions from life to death.. from love to hate.. from religion to faith... from sports to wars... I never noticed that they were out of line or were behaving like a typical sharbiis of our countries. I think the reason was that they come from a background where drink was not a taboo and they were used to see Alcohol from early age. On the other hand, If they never had a drink, then they would even get drunk with a glass of Lassi as the mere feel of "Feel Good" would do the trick!

I will tell u a real life story.. One of our friend who was a regular drinker, once was approached by a friend of a friend who wanted to drink on new year's night with the lads... As he arrived late, there was no drink left for him except one "Shot" which was mixed with his friend's la orina (SPANISH FOR LIQUID WASTE) and to everyone's surprise, he didn't realize that he was sipping on the gold stream and he actually got stoned. Not sure if It was his threshold or there was a magic in his friend's la orina. LOL

But you do see people get stoned in the wast though they end up killing people with drink drive rather then anything else!

azeem saab, lets not drag daughters n sisters into this discussion
Its about time we learn to respect women
We spread such rumors bout majority of the women who lead public lives, remember bibi? Husain haqani even made doctord pics of bibi to give her a bad name n these were distributed in lhr during elections in the 90s(he wasnt associated wit the ppp bak then)

  22. but haqqani got a good reward of doing so.
he is the pak rep in the most affluent country .
and has lot of say in making foreign policy.

iam not dragging his family into discussion, it is the politicians who are engaging their families in politics.

the politicians marry their daughters with son of other parties politicans and vice versa i order to get benefits, which ever party come in power. issuing LPG quota on the names of their wives is another example. giving tickets to damaads, bahus, daughters, sons and wives is another example. so it is the politicians themselves who are bringing their families in this play.
