As for JUI-F, still there is no alliance with PMLN even though both have agreed to discuss possible electoral co-operation. So you are wrong on this account as well.
This news item clearly mentions JUI-F is unhappy with PML-N due to dropping of Shakirullah Jan's nomination. In fact Maulana Fazl ur Rehman met zardari just three days ago and JUI-F has a history of supporting this government in all committees of parliament. So obviously your claim that Punjab and Balochistan members were nominated by PMLN is plain wrong.
Most importantly, being nominated by any party does not mean that the members are obliged to support that party. All these members and CEC Fakhruddin Ibrahim were approved with consensus precisely because they were considered honest and neutral. They are not beholden to anyone. Otherwise there could never have been consensus on these names.
