MemberPakistan has already got enough. They pee their pants every time they think about attacking Pakistan.
1999? 2001? 2008?
We should spend that money elsewhere in developing infrastructure, education and health sectors, but that won't happen until we get rid of these corrupt leaders.

MemberWe should be having second strike capability .As per reports Pakistan Nuclear Programme is much head of India ( quality ) wise. Indian credibility of Nuclear Programme has become questionable and doubtfull after this fizzle. I have already posted article on the subject. Please read and comments too.
