    Again it proves that you have no proof regarding the use of Logic by Early Scholars of Islam and you had to go around all the way to look for an advocate of your point, which is a non Muslim.

    Again from teh post that you quoted as your answer

    My statement was not litreral. The meaning of Amr Bul Maroof Nahi Unin Munkar (to my understanding) is to PREACH people to do good and stop them from doing bad deeds (through preaching or by making laws like in the case of Alcohol or Adultery in Pakistan).

    That preaching on a collective level can be done by the state using Jummah Sermon which was how the rulers used to establish their authority in Islamic History.

    Is again contradicting your point that after Zakat and Salah nothing can be enforced dont you think ?

    Aimal Khan and co,

    By your own admitance, since there is not a single verse of the Qur'an or a single authentic hadith of prophet Muhammad SAW that CLEARLY defines the DUTY of any/every muslim to establish Khilafa/Islamic Empire/Emirate;
    Dear, in fact you guys don’t want to understand simple and easy things. The verses in Quran about Ruling by what Allah (swt) has revealed is very clear and for that in practice we refer to the life of Muhammad (saw) and his noble companions. We see a state implementing Islam as an ideology and then taking it to the rest of the world through Dawah and Jihad, isn’t it???? FYI Islam has a detail ruling system, social system, judicial system, economic system, education system, and foreign policy. If you want to know about it and understand it in detail please visit; http://www.khilafah.com; http://www.hizb.org.uk; http://www.khilafat.dk;
    Imam Muslim narrated from Abdullah bin 'Umar who said that the Prophet (saw) said,

    "One who dies without having bound himself by an oath of allegiance (to a Khalifah) will die the death of one belonging to the days of ignorance (Jahiliyah)".

    Ahmed and Ibn abi 'Asim narrated that the Prophet (saw) said,

    "Whosoever dies and he does not have over him an Imaam, he dies the death of Jahilyyah".

    Thus the Prophet (SAW) made it compulsory that every Muslim should have over him an Imaam, which is also represented by having a pledge of allegiance (bayah) on his or her neck. The pledge of allegiance is not given to anyone except the Khalifah. The Ahadeeth inform us that those who run the affairs of Muslims are Khalifahs (some times called Amir ul-Mu'mineen or the Imam). Therefore, this is a command to establish or appoint them.

    @ JJ Khan

    >> Accept your blunders on these topics:

    >>#1- There is no impulsion in deen
    Sorry, unlike you, I don't reject verses of the Qur'an. Read Al-Baqarah 2:256.

    >> #2- amr bil ma'ruf is for jumma khutba
    Already answered and exposed the lies of NNL/Naqli Mullah above. My stance is according to the Qur'an. Read Al-e-Imran 3:104.

    >> #3- secularism is from islam and should be way of life
    My stance is CRYSTAL CLEAR on this issue ...

    >> #4- logic is basis of qur'an
    Its really sad to see that you are blinded by your critical enthusiasm charged with Jaahil Mullah mentality to refute every single thing I say.

    Are you willing to consider the alternative. Can you as a muslim say that Nauzubillah Qur'an is illogical and irrational? Accept your blunder and ask for Allah's forgiveness for disrespecting the Qur'an.

    Aimal Khan you still havent been able to prove and the quoted text by NNL is quite sufficient enuf to point out the fallacies in your argument.

    But then again you and the Jahil Mullahs that you despise arent that much different cos you want to force down your own interpretation on the rest.

    There is no Implusion in Deen the Shan-e- Nazool is for Non Muslims not Muslims show me one text from the Sunnah which contradicts the Shan-e-Nazool.

    Secularism by definition is not from Islam. prove that cos that is one absurd claim that you have made.

    Ayat 3:104 mentions Amr bil Maroof but doesnt mention the pulpit like you have suggested so many times. and by your own post making a law means enforcing it on people thus Prohibition of Alcohol is made a law and thus becomes a another thing that is enforced outside the realm of Salah and Zakat isnt it. then what are you trying to prove.

    Prove Logic is Quran by an Ayat or a Hadith.

    Otherwise you are too nothing but a Jahil Mullah trying to gain access to the pulpit.

    who said anything about Quran being rational or irrational? dont put words into other peoples mouths. this is against the etiquettes of discussion. you should first learn to respect others and then come on a forum and start discussing.
