    The threat of his murder was hurled by Altaf Hussain himself in a BBC interview. When Atlaf was questioned by the BBC interviewer as why Azeem Tariq had expressed differences with Altaf Hussain? Atlaf replied in a warning style,"Azeem Tariq's life is in danger". That was understood by many people as a threat to Azeem Tariq by Altaf Hussain. He was really a great man. During his leadership as a chairman, he never let MQM go astry.

    He was a fair man in politics, so he was targeted by many elements. When a person is really fair in our politics, then he is targeted by many elements. His killing was excuted by well trained commandos, that was something very evident.
