    I was surprised to see that no one initiated this important matter. It has become very alarming situation in Punjab that the judges are refusing to hear the cases against the leaders of N-League.

    This started with the refusal against Dost Khosa in Sapna murder case. One after another judge refused to hear against him and referred the matter back to Chief Justice Lahore High Court.

    Now another Judge has refused to hear the case against the acquittal of Shahbaz Sharif in Sabzazaar murders case.

    Noon League is supporting the judiciary or pressurizing them?

  2. This judiciary sold out their consciousness to Noon league for their restoration. They are acting as Noon league judicial branch.

    This is most partial and politicized judiciary in the history of Pakistan. This situation is very very serious but most opposition leaders are ignoring this issue, because of their own political interests.

    Well I don't say they are sold out but yes they can be pressurized and threatened. If the judges unfairly give verdicts in favor of N-League then you may say they have sold their consciousness but you see instead of favoring N-League they are showing their helplessness.

    The main criticism may be leveled on N-league.

  4. They are ignoring Noon league corruption and criminal cases and allowed appeal in hijacking case, after 9 years then dismissed that case. There is no other example like this.

    Everybody knows that Hijacking case was true. Musharaf plane was hijacked on the order of Nawaz Sharif and he was refused to land about 2 hours.

    @Shahji,

    Hijacking case was true! Shahji, your mind is obviously hijacked by god knows who. This is the first in history that a plane is hijacked by a hijacker sitting on the ground :D

    Yes, It was hijacked, because it was refused to land and forced to stay in air.

    This is hijacking. legally, physically and technically.

    Nawaz Sharif ordered for that, so he is responsible for that hijacking.

    @Shahji,

    How do you know this or you have been reading too many books of Ishtiaq Ahmed or Hardy Brothers? Have you ever wondered that in the last 13 years, not a soul from the Colombo-Karachi flight has ever recorded a statement or shared a story as to what exactly happened in the air on 12th October. If the event took place as you have stated, at least the cockpit crew of that flight would have been paraded throughout the world stating their ordeal at the hands of the authorities on the ground.

    The main architects of that coup were Musharraf, Mahmood Ahmed and Usmani. Mahmood Ahmed specialized in such activities because his name also came up during 9/11 when a damning report was published that he had facilitated Mohammad Atta by wiring a sum of $100K.
