JUI of Fazlu has won another bye election.
PTI was a suprise runner up ahead of JI, ANP, PPP, PMLn.

Why doesn't IK bring his sons to Pakistan ?

In mansehra nawaz gave the ticket to the brother of his son in law the idiot instead of daughter of the late memeber of the assembly. The right canidate is still very important in all elections. No party is big enough to win votes on its own unless ghq helps.

lagta hai Altaf aka merassi commando nay app k samnay aurtoon k sath kuch kia hai aur app uss k chsham deed gawah ho(eye witness)...thorra mujhay bhi batado kia kia tha aur kaisay kia tha???mai bhi thora jano k jis party ko may support karta hun us ka leader kaisay kaisay kaam karta hai..

MQM is a party of vadera/sardar/jagirdar same exact culture is applied on MQM as applied in rural Sindh or Punjab :)

You may not be able to visualize altaf as vadera but if you make a comparison list then you will find a lot common :)

If MQM is wadera party then I think except JI no other party is democratic...

in PTI Imran Khan is wadera
In PMLN Nawaz Sharif and Shebaz Sharif are wadera
In PPP zardai and son are wadera
need more examples..

waderas only give positions to their family members or close associates how many relatives of MQM are even part of of MQM (forget position)???

Waderas keep their people under develop what type of "wadera" is Altaf Hussain who develop those constituencies which support him???

as far as the assumption that imran has no canidate in khi goes i wud like to tell u that MR.IFTIKHAR HUSSAIN a two time former MNA from NA-252 joined pti recently why wud he do that if he thought that pti has no future in sindh? and as far as calling mqm a terrorist is concerened plz read reports of EUROPEAN UNION and AMMNESTY INTERNATIONAL who have said the same thing.. regards

Their are many reasons for doing that probably PPP was not listening to him or refuse to offer him ticket in last election and by the way people dont give votes by the name of the candidate in Karachi they give vote on the basis of affiliation and this guy has still got no chance because PTI neither have vote bank nor any structure to get support in Karachi so who ever join PTI it wont effect anyone's vote bank...

When I said compare altaf with vadera then I didn't mean in the sense of inheriting power from his father. I said that Altaf & a vadera share many commonalities on the way they run/control their areas.

For example you will always find a vadera winning from his constituency with 99% margin meaning almost zero opposition. A vadera uses force to control his area not an intellectual call or good policy or winning loyalty, a vadera will join hand with other vadera to keep his power and self interest.

Look at MQM they are always married with vadera/sardar/chaudry and give interesting justifications for this marriage, but at the same time they criticize their 'spouse'... hay na munafiqat kee baat :)

OK If I accept he is wadera of Karachi then tell me which party in Pakistan has democratic trend except JI...

In Punjab some people call PMLN "takht-e-Lahore" what does that means???

What about your most favorite Imran Khan what democracy does he have in the party???

Pakistani society has got huge class difference and this is the cause of all this and just looking at one person while ignoring others of Pakistani politics isnt it Hypocrisy???and by the way he has given chance to his party members instead of contesting himself and all his party members belongs to middle class people and if we see new leadership of MQM they are also from middle class like Mustafa Kamal, Faisal Sabzwari so what kind of wadera empower his subject/servants to become something instead himself taking all the benefits???

MQM dont request them to marry MQM but they are wadera themselves who request MQM to marry with them and every party in Pakistan has wadera/feudals ruling the party so by your logic MQM should only do opposition politics...If you look at PPP you will find out that both parties are liberal parties they have join for common benefits which is to promote liberal values and to get rid of Taliban and extremism in Pakistan....

So that must be the reason for him to join PTI because if you read my post related to him then you will read that in election Karachiite dont vote in the basis of candidate's popularity they vote on the basis of affiliation and since he didnt had any affiliation so he though about PTI but it doesnt mean that he will won the election if he contest because still people's first choice is MQM then PPP then JI or ANP so this is how people vote in Karachi still PTI has no chance in Karachi....
