Karzai has something like genetics,brave person.His way of dealing is totally different than our leaders here..
I think after all he is Pashtune and at any time you can expect him such words even with Obama.......
Karzai speaks such words against our Mush,many times..And our mush always feel shame for such hard words...
You can expect if he was ruler of Atomic Pakistan,how tough time americans would be given here..
Actually its an art to manage life with ur way of thinking.If you believe on sir G sir G all the time than you shud find ways according to that...
if you are having agressive mood than its easy again to manage things in that way,but offcourse you will have little upperhand in this case...
