There is a saying in philosophy "Some inconsistencies are true". But I am attaching a link where some truths are so inconsistent to define. Read the report on link below in which PPP government admitting that Musharraf era was very good:

Right, when meeting with IMF they meet as Pakistan and they present progress of last era to get money for present era.
But when in public they present last era as failure and disaster.
