Libya: Iraq's Incubator Propaganda Redux

(8 posts)
  1. Remember the "The Kuwaiti Incubator Baby Hoax" used against Iraq/Saddam?

Here's the same spin from MSM about Libya/Gaddafi:
Libyan: Qaddafi forces shoot hospital patients

A resident of the increasingly violent Libyan capital of Tripoli told CBS Radio News Thursday that armed supporters of Muammar Qaddafi, the country's longtime leader, have stormed into hospitals to shoot wounded demonstrators and take dead bodies to an unknown location.

"They go in with guns into hospitals," said the resident, identified only as Adel to protect his safety. "They take the bodies that are dead. In some hospitals, they have shot the wounded. This is true. I know it's very strange for the States, but this is happening today in Tripoli."...

What gives it away is this stup!d bit: "take dead bodies to an unknown location". Like they have nothing better to do!

  2. nota, you may well be right about the incubator moment where a 15-year old girl speaking perfect Amerecanese made those outlandish claims.

Tell me, nota, I'm growing more confused the longer it lasts. Genuine revolutions all these or colour revs somewhat disguised? The people at work or the NWO?

This is the confusion Beenai talked about on some other post. The same confusion is engulfing the whole world. And if situation failed to settled soon you know all the non state elements will try to get the benifit of this confusion and also the tyrants will aslo have time to re group.
The sooner its get its logical end the better for the people.Else if things doesn't turned out tobe as it was expected by the masses forget any movement for next forty fifty years.
Things must come to logical end Otherwise

The chill their spines feel will not remain forever.

    Nota Bhai
Its war of survival all around the world. And Propaganda is one big tool used to win war. What US did in the last two decade to pave their way into this region is no secret, nothing but propaganda. How much blood they shed in the name of WMD and then without any shame justifying their fault.Even this al-qaeda is also a propaganda.Pakistani Taliabn, Punjabi Taliban, Baluchistan unrest this all is nothing but propaganda to keep pakistan starigth. These Raymonds are nothing but the facilitators of the propaganda. They make sure to make situation exactly like their bosses stating in state briefings.

But you know soon they'll become victim of their own creature.

  5. True enough, ajhons. Beenai's confusion now overtaking me and others like me. Yesterday so sure of themselves. Today somewhat more hesistant in belief. Nonetheless, on the absolutely fundamental fact, the neccessity for change, I stand firm. That had to be. Another 40 years of Ben Ali, Mubarak, Gaddafi, Saleh, etc. would have really spelt death for their populations and Muslims in general.

  6. Salam

I think that Libya is different from Tunisia & Egypt in a sense that in both Tunis & Egypt establishment ended up with power control and managed to change face only, but in Libya there is no possible face change, West has no alternative for Qazafi, so I think they will monitor closely and when forces loyal to people are near win, UN mandated invasion will take place to keep their control on oil rich nation-

They will not just sit & watch and let people take control so easily-

i have been saying this from the first day ... if anyone thinks these so called revolutions took place due to "people power" he lives in a fool's paradise ... it is so easy to start a movement online sitting from your home ... no doubt people have been used in this ... but who used them and for what purpose is a different story .. just think about this ... which one is easier

    1. buy a 'democratic politician' and control the oils
    2. bribe a KING and control the oil

they want people to come to power so that they can buy them and control them .. all of a sudden every (and only) muslim country is going for revolutions as if there is no other events happening in the world .. why do the italians not start a revolution against their PM ???

in the bigger scheme the objective is to enter into IRAN via middle east,CHINA via Pakistan and Afghan Drugs via Pakistan again ... if they can get to oil and nukes in the process, offocurse they would not mind ...

  8. (Sorry about the long post and presenting it this time to convert it into an article of sorts....)

Two more repeats of "Iraq" propaganda against Libya:
    LIE #1:
'Gadhafi may use chemical, biological weapons against Libya unrest'

Gaddafi has biological weapons and may use them on protesters: ex-minister

Of course this "may" is being used as justification to attack Libya:

West ready to use force against Gaddafi over mustard gas fears

    LIE #2:
CNN: Military jet bombs a military base in an area controlled by rebel forces.

Of course this is NOT true:

BUT it is being used as an excuse to enforce no-fly sones, just like in Iraq:
We'll use military force to free Libya, vows PM: Cameron plans no-fly zone over country and even threatens to send British troops

Libya no-fly zone would require bombing raids: US

Meanwhile Russia is (for now) working against this lie:
Russia's FM Knocks Down No-Fly Zone For Libya

While Cameron threatens invasion, Blair makes money training Qaddafi forces:
Libya: Tony Blair agreed to train Gaddafi’s special forces in 'deal in the desert’

Obama Encircles US War Machine Around Libya

Report: US Special Forces Arrive In Libya

Clinton: No options are 'off the table,' Gaddafi must go

Clinton: Libya could be democracy or face long war

    Libya, NATO's fresh prey

US urges support for Libya mercenaries

US warship headed to Libya: officials

Report: US Special Forces Arrive In Libya

US, UK, French forces land in Libya

VOICES AGAINST THE INVASION (though it won't matter):

Africa No foreign intervention, Libyans tell West

Libya: Russia, China join France in opposing military action against Gaddafi

    Imperialist hands off Libya!

Chavez: U.S. distorting situation in Libya 'to justify an invasion'
