Materialistic Woman!!!

    Materialistic Woman!!! hehe

    A woman parked her brand-new Lexus in front of her office, ready to show it off to her colleagues. As she got out, a truck passed too close and completely tore off the door on the driver's side.

    The woman immediately grabbed her cell phone, dialed 911, and within minutes a policeman pulled up. Before the officer had a chance to ask any questions,the woman started screaming hysterically. Her Lexus, which she had just
    picked up the day before, was now completely ruined and would never be thesame, no matter what the body shop did to it.

    When the woman finally wound down from her ranting and raving, the officer shook his head in disgust and disbelief.. "I can't believe how materialistic you women are," he said. "You are so focused on your possessions that you don't notice anything else."

    "How can you say such a thing?" asked the woman.

    The cop replied, "Don't you know that your left arm is missing from the elbow down? It must have been torn off when the truck hit you."

    "OH MY GOD!" screamed the woman, "Where's my new bracelet?"

    Meterialism is something related to your innerself..

    For example jealousy cannot be identified by any doctor but its a still a disease and need treatment..

    Some body will be having a a personal plane but still he will not be materialistic...
    The term materialism is needed to be understand correctly..
    Shaik Abdul Qadir Jilani RA was very rich and were having sea carriers for business but he was not materialistic BUT a pious person......

    The poster above dont have the correct IDEA of materialism.....

    yeah materialism is not related to any gender but its an evil present in both mem nd women...but da joke was on women...

    it was giving wrong impression about (women with lexus) so i tried to correct it...
    look at the responses too..No one knows the correct meaning/concept of materialism...

    BUT look if some one having JET,Lexus,mercedez, is not the sign of Materialistic approach....

    Look at the concept presented in the thread.....

    Despite of having every thing like mentioned above but a person will not be a materiastic one......

    Materialism is an inner disease not outer one........

    yeah nd how can u be so sure about the woman mentioned in this joke wasn't materlistic? if its an inner disease? nd also the inneself of one refeclts in his/her outerself...actually there are two kinds

    one having all the luxaries nd still not materialistic

    second one is having everything nd also having an evil of materialism...

    How can you be sure that women is a materialistic???
    You just guess her from lexus which is wrong perception....

    A poorer of the society can also be very materialistic...

    What do you think about jealousy...???
    This is also related with innerself.A rich, poor,middle clasia can be a jealous one...
    Same is true for Materialistic approach.......That any one can feel this disease........

    I thought i made my concept clear about this matter when i said this evil belongs to both men and women nd not anyone of them...now obvoiusly a man can be poor or rich so is a woman...but i think being a man u think its only men who are subjected to poverty lolz as woman make them lose all their money ...kidding...

    This should say it all if women are materialistic beings. I would say women can never be instinctively so. I had posted this before but I am posting again to share once more the real qualities of a woman:

    THE GREATNESS OF WOMAN
    When a man was sitting beside a sleeping woman after working late one day
    A little boy came by and said: “Why spend so much time beside her ?”
    And the man answered:
    “Son, Have you seen all she is capable of ?"
    “ She functions on all kinds of food, she is able to embrace several kids at the same time, gives a hug that can heal anything from a bruised knee to a broken heart and she does all this with only two hands”.
    The little boy was impressed.
    “Just two hands....impossible!“
    And this is a normal woman?!
    “Too much work for one day.... “.
    “Indeed”, said the man. “That is why she is my favorite”.
    “She cures herself when sick and she can work 18 hours a day”.
    The little boy came nearer and touched the woman.
    “But she is so soft”
    “She is soft", said the man, “But she is also so strong. You can’t imagine what she can endure and overcome.“
    “Can she think?" the little boy asked.
    The man answered:
    “Not only can she think, she can reason and negotiate."
    The little boy touched the woman’s cheek....
    “It seems she is leaking! You have put too many burdens on her.”
    “She is not leaking....it’s a tear” the man corrected the little man.
    “What’s it for?" asked the little boy.
    And the man said:
    “Tears are her way of expressing grief, her doubts, her love, her loneliness, her suffering and her pride.”
    This made a big impression on the little boy; “Hey, you are lucky.
    You know everything. The woman is indeed marvellous!"
    Indeed she is!
    Woman has strengths that amazes man. She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
    She holds happiness, love and opinions.
    She smiles when feeling like screaming.
    She sings when she feels like crying, crys when she is happy and laughs when she is afraid.
    She fights for what she belives in.
    Stand up against injustice.
    She doesn’t take “no” for an answer, when she can see a better solution. She gives herself so her family can thrive. She takes her friend to the doctor if she is afraid.
    Her love is unconditional.
    She cries when her kids are victorious. She is happy when her friends do well.
    She is glad when she hears of a birth or a wedding.
    Her heart is broken when a next of kin or friend dies.
    But she finds the strength to get on with life.
    She knows that a kiss and a hug can heal a broken heart.
    There is only one thing wrong with her
    She forgets what she is worth...

    Thank you Semirza for sharing these wonderful words about Greatness of Woman....very touching nd inspirational...i see all these qualities in my mother...God has given us a precious gift of a woman in the form of mothers...we can never pay back to our mother for all the favours she does to us...

    My intention to post this joke wasn't to insult a woman...i know very well how valuable creature woman is nd what greatness God has given to her....it was just to post a funny stuff...hope no one is offended!

    Humans were and still are born out of a human female. We hold great regard and respect for mothers whether ours or a mother for somebody else who ever he or she may be regardless of religion, sect, creed, race etc.
    As all humanity collectively holds great regard for women who are mothers too (most of them) should we have this thread in fun and humor?

    i understood very well the joke and know well what materialism is all about ?
    but the fact i wanna mention is that ,materialism can not be confined by genders .
    its a cancer ....
    and cancer can spread in a male body or a female body .
    so is materialism ...
    its the cancer of soul .
    in my view .

    @Semirza ,
    thanks a lot for sharing such nice and soothing words for women ...
    such readings makes me proud of being a woman ...

    i can answer in the words ,i have read some where ,and fits here well......

    people are meant to be loved and things are meant to be used .

    everything goes wrong ..........

    when things being loved and people being used .

    thats what materialism is all about .

    loving things and using ppl.

    Materialism is part of human nature indeed! Some People can just hide/Control/ignore this trait and deal with it.... others just blame women! :)
