They need to have coverage of IDPs to motivate people for humanitarian help.

that would only create more anger and resentment towards the government. what happens to the IDPs in D.I.Khan is un-imaginable and the government doesn't want to show what happens there everyday

IDPs are being punished because they belong to those tribes which refused to raise lashkar against their brethren.
