One cannot imagine that how much dangerous is mobile in the hands of new generation. Actually we can say that having a mobile in the hands of a teenager is just like you are giving the whole world with all positivity and negativity in their hands. But this is human nature that a child only pick negativity. So being a parent it is your responsibility to have check and balance on that . This is the problem but their is a solution of  every problem. Being a responsible person it is our responsibility to point out the problems and also make   solution to resolve it . Because we have to make this society livable for our children. So before  giving mobile to a teenager discuss all types of fears your are having in your mind. Don't  hesitate  while your discussion with your child because the reality is that your child knows every thing which may be you don't . Give them post paid sims so you can check through the bills about their contacts.Being parents you have authority to take mobile in your custody when you feel that there is no need of it e.g when they are at home,at night before they go to bed . After every one hour give them their mobile to check if their is any important massage they have . During school it is the duty of the class teachers to assure that  when they are delivering lecture to the students ,mobile should be switched off . Because  the institutions also have some  responsibility for their students . What I have said above looks difficult! But it is not impossible . Only you have to do is that from the very beginning of your child's life ,tell him or her that you are the Yparents not vice versa . I always feels that  today's theory to become friendly parents is  not working . Well this is totally my opinion ,may be most of people will not agree with me. But think about it for a second .
