    To summarize the sub-marine scandal:

    Corrupt officials earned huge kick-backs but when the deal became sour, a mysterious suicide bombing took place that killed French staff and as a side-effect made NewZealand Cricket team cut short its official tour to Pakistan. The scandal was reported in a French newspaper and is probably part of French public record. Investigative journalism of Ansar Abbasi and Hamid Meer and Shahid Masood died because of the following facts:

    Total Deal amount: 1.23 billion dollars
    Total kickbacks : 10% i-e 123 million dollars
    Army Chief's Share: 2% i-e 20.46 million dollars
    Rest of the army's share: 4% i-e 40.92 millions
    Zardari'share : 0.4% i-e 4.5 million
    Rest of Politicians/beauracracy share: 3.6% i-e 36.828 millions

    army chief's kickback in one arms deal have dwarfed all corruption charges again Zardari. Interestingly, azal adliya and investigative journalists a.k.a establishmeny kay bandarrs are quiet.

    I again repeat that whoever was involved in this corruption should be hanged. It is the best solution to stop corruption and corrupt people.

    Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

    (1) "We" "need" "men of credibility" to be at the "helm" of "affairs" .. "in" .. "each and every department" of this state, "in order" to "impart" justice.

    "We" "do not" have "men of credibility" at the "helm" of "affairs", "at" "this" "point in time".

    --------------------------------------------------------

    (2) Even if the evidence is there, "how" do we think justice will be imparted, especially in the "absence" of "men of credibility" ?
