how can we as a nation are allowing him as inetrior advisor of pakistan? we can come out to restore judge don't you think this is more important than judges issue...

Are we dead..we see our house burning we know who is burning instead of stoping him we are standing like statues.

During 1971 we saw yahya was dividing pakistan but we didnt stop are we again allowing history to repeat itself!

come on pakistan ! wake as you did on 16 march that day came out for judiciary now its time to come out for our country PAKISTAN!

lets come out as nation but we dont need to wait for our political leaders this time,, we we always wait for our political leaders to come and push us out.. we should form youth forum,, so we can convey our msg to media and these ****.. come on all u guys lets decide to take intiative and lets fight our own war with our own wishes,, upto what delay we will wait for others. for money we need america ,, for conveying our msg we need our leaders to help us,, why why we cant come out as nation without any political gain,, we should form a youth forum and we should do demostrate infront of geo office or parliment with play cards so just we can convey our msg.. what u guys think about it..

Rehman Malik should become the interior Minister of Islamabad and Punjab. Bring Naseerullah Baber (I can hear Altaf hussain farting in Edgware road!!!) for Sindh and Baluchistan. Sherpaou for Pukhtoonistan (Actually, I want him dead so that's why he should be given this job.)

He is a pathetic individual. You guys should see his twitter page. I try to cus him out any chance i get because always he is talking about how good he is doing for Pakistan.

Only in Pakistan can a person who asks "mayo, mustard, salt, pepper sir? at subway sandwich's he owns can become one of the most powerful baghairats. This time when he is gone from Pak most probably you will see him sell all his subway sandwich and buying chains of Herrods. Thanks to Islamic Jamooriat of Pakistan.

When IK was asked what should be done about match fixing he said the accounts of players ought to be monitored and any wrong doers should be publicized and given exemplary punishment. But when Rehman Malik said we are monitoring our players, their cell phones, who are they meeting before the vital SF and we all are jumping on him as if match fixing is alien to us.

Imran Khan is asking ICC to be more vigilant and complaining why interior minster is vigilant. How can we forget last time Pakistan played knock out game against India in WC Wasim Akram opted out.

After drawing flak for his remark that the Pakistani cricket team is being watched closely to make sure there was no match-fixing, Pakistan's Interior Minister Rehman Malik has launched a damage control blitzkrieg on Twitter, claiming that his comments had been taken "out of context".

"A section of (the) press has twisted my statement out of context, and wrongly projected my words," Malik posted on Twitter on Monday night.

He claimed his statement regarding the Pakistani team had apparently "been taken negatively" though it was "most relevant" in view of the importance of the India-Pakistan face-off in the World Cup semi-final on Wednesday.

RM back tracked because of media pressure but my question is:

1. How different is RM's statement from IK? Both said we need to keep an eye on player's activities including their bank accounts.

2. Match fixing is a reality. Tomorrow when someone else is caught guilty we will again come back and open multiple threads blasting players but today of someone says we need to keep an eye on players we including media are condemning that as well.

3. Before '96 quarter final game Akram opted out, do you think match fixing mafia was involved in his decision or not? Akram's father was also kidnapped by them on a different occasion.

Match fixing is a reality and keeping an eye is one the the remedy. Extreme hypocrisy and short sightedness by media and bloggers alike on this issue.

RM is a pimple on Zardari's @ss and thats why we all hate him (except may be you and your crowd)

No one favors match fixing but at this "Crucial time" when all the indian media is already maligning Pakistani team, we should support our cornered tigers. Every one knows the corruption and the reality about RM's back ground. As IK statement is concerned, what he said was about Salman butt, Aamir, Asif case and have suggested that all the players bank accounts (Means ... every international cricketing player of every country) should be accessible to ICC so they can keep an eye on their illegal transaction. I personally think that this can not be possible just like Alan border's suggestion that betting should be uprooted completely.

Because of the extra ordinary hype of the match bookies are bound to try hard to contact players. RM indicated he will be keeping an eye on players using state institutions and publically warned them to distance themselves from their shady past or else hey will pay the price. What is wrong with that. Your beloved IK admitted doing that multiple times as captain.

We remember everything of the past but we can see that only a small doubt on Kamran Akmal was raised in this team but after that nobody is thinking of it. Very clear role of the captain is the reason. This man has no knowledge about anything including security. He is on duty to keep Zardari under pressure.

App bhool gai match fixing is not a fiction inhe mehntee logoon ke kar ha e numayaan hein. Mere taruf se RM jai bhar mein pur jo uss ne baat ke hai uss mein wazun hai. App ke unn datah Immu darling ne bhi toh khuch asa he kaha "ICC should monitor bank accounts of players to control match fixing like criminals are being monitored" And he didn't say that last year. He said that R's out burst. I agree with both RM and IK that players ought to be monitored. I still remember Salman Butt, ASif and Amir saga but perhaps you will get back to it after WC hang over :)
