His victim was unarmed and unwarned !
Qadri is nothing but a **** killer and should be hanged till death !
i am not for any fanatic party.
but we can consider following the example of Raymond Devis.
give the blood money to Salman Taseer's widow and kids.
and let Mumtaz Qadri get away.
