My Suggestions For The Code Of Conduct @Pkpoltics

I honestly feel, the function of a moderator is to check if there is anything,
1. Pornographic
2. Abusive Language such as MF, **** etc.
3. Too graphic to watch or read. (As a 12 year old boy cutting the head).
4. And to keep the discussion at the right track without kicking the debater out.
Let the members of the forum discuss, debate, sort and decide, what is Anti-Pakistan, Anti-Religion or immoral.
It is not wise to limit the scope of discussion at an opinion forum.
I give you two examples to make my point clear.
1. The members of Pakistan Film Censer Board brought the Pakistan Film Industry to a standstill within 60 years, due to a negative and irrational behavior by imposing too many restrictions on the story writers and directors.
2. Some of the newspapers and media channels could not progress due to stupid self imposed restrictions in the name of patriotism, religion and ethics.
Opinion Forums are meant to promote but not to impose a certain view point.
PAMERA is not needed everywhere. Best is the forum, where the participants form and develop an internal code of regulations.
I live in Canada and the US, where I noticed that the young generation from Pakistan, as compared to other free and democratic countries, lacks confidence, initiative, courage and innovation due to being brought up in a social culture, based upon restrictions, submission and obedience. (I was also too timid during my youth to revolt or complaint against the abusive behavior by the elders of Pakistan)
(What Iqbal says: kushta-i-mullai-o-peeri).
Some of the good writers like, darvesh, JS, andarkabandar, peterpan, aishasana, gul......are already gone out of the forum, I guess forever, due to reasons unknown.

My dear you r very good to change ur statements over here.You mentioned abt ur LIving country is canada and now u r telling some thing abt US and Washington..
Previously you mentioned abt ur Phone call to a member,that he will join near Ramazan.
Now you are giving information abt that member that he will never come back..

What is the real story abt ur living country,your relationship with one of ur fellow member,Or u r the same person..
Pls if you can do any thing regarding these issues related to you.

Yes, when a member was caught he brought excuses to justify, but then these excuses are not consistent with the history thus contradicting oneself. What credibility of that person would be left?

You forgot to include the list of lawsuits that could be initiated. I recommend you make that part of COC!

Ok, I admit, I have failed to comprehend the top most priority in this CoC brought forward by a senior citizen. Top more priority relates to graphics, but I haven't come across any picture or graphics so far, why is this a cause of concern? At most people can do is paste links, but those web links not graphics. I don't want to assume about mind set of any member but am still trying to figure out why pornography got in to number one position in this list.

1. The above posting is dated April 2008, almost one year ago.
2. I am sorry the respectable members missed all of my recent postings about the issue of double ID's.
3. For security reasons I have mailed all the information to Moderators.
4. You may ask the respectable Moderators to get your doubts and skepticism clean.
5. Coming about the Law suit, it is under consideration by a few respectable members @ the Forum to get the green signal.
6. Rest assure Shikra and Javed Sheikh are two different persons, related to each other but living independently.
Do you need anything more? Please don't hesitate to contact me through this forum.
7. I guess the respectable members surely, might be feeling some positive change at the frequency of abusive language after getting the information about Internet Defamatory Laws?
8. It takes only $ 150.00 to file a Law suit.
9. The participants using screen names such as LMN, OPQ, SKF, CHCH ,SHIKRA, DDHO could be held responsible where they commit the act to defame persons with their original names such as Beena, Semirza, Fahim, Rafi, Javed Sheikh as they are known withing social and literary circles.
One must be very careful about posting his feelings at the Electronic Media. That was the message.

we are really very sorry that during the procedure of tracing out double Ids ,some misunderstanding has occured about you.

but its very clear now ,that you and sheikh sahib are two different members .

I respect your honesty.
I am sorry to guess that you didn't complete your home work before posting your questions.
Javed sheikh is my uncle living in Washington D.C.
He has been advised by the family members to abstain from public forums, due to some security concerns.
He was not gaining any benefits but death threat from Suicidal Fanatics, (kushta-i-mulla-i-o-peeri).
(The video of a 12 years old boy cutting the throat was posted @ the Forum last year. It was horrible and too graphic)

Handling such a situation doesn't need a Degree of Ph.D.
Make a copy of the material you feel abusive to your Faith and go to the office of an Attorney of Law.
Request him to evaluate the validity of your claim.
Retain that Attorney after paying his fee, if he finds your case suitable to be filed according to the Law.
The Attorney will start 'dama dam must qalandar' agianst the party who abused your Faith.
Please don't expose your anger or concern verbally, that might jeopardize your position.
Anything else?
Please don't hesitate to ask.
