Naimatullah wins case in SC against MQM Altaf's illegal encroachment of parks

    After giving favourable verdict in Imran Khan's case against encroachers in Bani Gala Islamabad SC today once again gave favourable judgment in Former Nazim Karachi Naimatullah Khan's case in supreme court against illegal encroachment/usurping of public parks,play grounds and amenity plots by Land Mafia aka MQM Altaf in Karachi during ex MQMized Nazim Mustafa Kamal's tenure. Chief Justice has given govt deadline till 2 feb to get those parks vacated from encroachers and restore the parks to their former status.

    Bhai Naimatullah was the best mayor ever. I hope he again becomes mayor again but unfortunately Jamat has increasingly sided with Taliban and Moulvi Inc.

    Naimatullah Khan saab was a very effective mayor. I have close links with the traders community and iv got to know that their no bill was left unclear for more than a week.

    However there supplies to the MK's mayorship are still on credit.

    Pertinent to note, Naimatullah Saab dint enjoy the kind of huge funds which were at MK's disposal.

    As a mayor of Karachi, Naimatullah tried his best to revive the political status of JI in Karachi, but the damages caused by the negligence of Abdus Sattar Afghani were not easily repairable. Moreover, the wrongdoings of Jamait in educational institutions of Karachi are also not forgettable for the public.

    as long as encroachments in Karachi's public parks are concerned ...its nobody but MQM whos doing so .
    in our area , there is a big public park and almost half done building of a library inside the the park.
    we were happy that we are gonna have a library near by.
    but our dreams got shattered as we saw Altaf's mounted picture placed on the forehead of under construction building of library ... then finally it turned out a sector office of MQM and library board has been taken off .
    it all happened in Mustafa Kamal era .
    now we have lost a library but a park too .
    as no sane person can go there , its a MQM zone now .
    where all the ghundas of MQM sits and chat and count theit bhatta money ...
    poor Karachities .
