Naked Double Standards of Supreme Court PML(N) fake Degree holder in Election

This Fake degree holder Drama started with the Naked Double Standards of Supreme Court Rather a SUPREME CHAUDHARY COURT.

It all started with allowing PML(N) Azam Cherla to win byelection from Jang when he was disqualified for having Fake Degree.

Later Only a PPP Person was called and humiliated in the court why Azam Chela was not called earlier.

Now look at the Double Standards…

Last week PPP candidate Mr. Jat from Vehari is disqualified by Justice Javed Iqbal of Supreme court while declaring no one with Fake degrees be allowed to contest.

JOKE of Judiciary
Yesterday PML(N) Candidate from FaisalAbad Mian Ajmal Asif is allowed to contest Election from Faisal Abad.

PML(N) Naghma Mushtaq disqualified for Fake Degree is allowed to Contest Elections from Shuja Abad

Its unfortunate part of the justic and must be criticised for the betterment of the future.I think Insaar Abassi Sahib should be asked to comment on on this decision too.

It was 17th JUne 2009 Azam Chela resigned for having fake degree.
He was allowed to contest election by Supreme Court Orders on 11th March 2010.
A pettion by PPP candidate to disqualify him from election was dismissed by the court.

What is this NON Sense.

This certainly should not be allowed. BTW: Neither should Dasti be allowed to contest (and now especially after PM Gilani violated EC rules to go campaigh for him)

BTW: Didn't LHC rule against two fake degree holders recently and barred them from contesting?

Shame on such a Biased sellout bunch of corrupt judges who are on the pay roll of PML(N).
Their decisions are different for PPP and for PML(N).
PPP candidates from Vehari are bared by supreme court to take part in election due to fake Degree
And next day PML(N) candidates disqualifies for fake degree are allowed by the same supreme court in FaisalAbad and Shujaabad.,

What a Shameless character are these judges.

These judges ought to be commended for treading the path of righteousness. If this is the only option available to administer the last rites on PPP & Bhuttoism, than be it. It is imperative to erode the authority of Asif Zardari and the sick cronies he is encapsulated by. Enough of PPP the traitor and corrupt party!

I really cannot understand why Azam Chela has been allowed to continue, and PML-N were so bhola they knew nothing of him being disqualified.

The story posted by Nota makes me ask what was the secretary playing at when he allowed these people to contest 2008 elections. There is a dire need for the election commission to get its act together and start making independent decisions.

Our jahil awam still give them votes and these fake degree holder MNA and MPA's win and sit in the Parliament. What a country and what a system we have!

The point here is When these persons are presented in front of JAhil judiciary why they are allowed to contest again.
Why some people belonging to one Party are allowed to Contest and other are not on the same charges. What can a Awam Do.

If PPP guy from Vehari is not allowed awam has no choice to elect him. so he cannot be elected.

But whem PML(N) guys from Jhang, FaisalAbad and Shujabad are allowed by this Jahil judiciary then People have the Choice to make.

Judiciary used our politicians to restore CJ and their ghundagardi and badmashi. You would have noticed a number of cases in the past where some ghunda lawyers have beaten up Police and misbehaved with journalists. We all know very well that PML-N and our judiciary are in league with each other.

These fake degree holders will continue to sit in the Parliament and our CJ does not care because his position has been restored and we all know who helped him restore his job. So there is a universal rule of reciprocity; CJ will continue to support PML-N no matter what they do.

It is not about justices taking sides of one party or another (Dasti is not PML-N for example)

BTW:EC did rule noone "convicted" of fake degree will not be allowed to run (so the technicality as Pirzada was pointing out is that since guys like Dasti -- who factually have a fake degree -- but are not convicted of it CAN contest.

And remember Dasti's fake degree was proven in court but he was allowed to walk (actually given a choice -- either resign or have charges brought against him and he chose the former which now allows him to contest).

People of pakistan are very patient, even though they burn tires from time to time. When they will lose there patient they might kill MNAs of PPP and PML-N(the most two criminal partys at time being), jest like people of Kirgistan did.
Problem with Judiciary is that it also run by same time of criminals as PPP and PML-N. Chaudry Ihtizaz(PPP and CJs friend) has been in jail so many times and still this mann is a layer and a polition. PML-Ns people are well known criminals(rapist, creditcardlady, electricity theifs), but they are very smart. They has control over CJ. How can we make a end to this party?

What the heck is going on in this country ?!?!!!

- When is the court of law going to do its work ?

- When is Election Commission going to do its work ?

If the;

(1) Courts, as well as
(2) Election Commission

of this country don't do their jobs, then what is our! future ?! Then what is the future of Pakistan ?

If most present judges are still working under unconstitutional pco oath and their appointments are still illegal because they were appointed and signed by illegal marshal law administrator, then nobody should expect that this pco judiciary will be working impartial and way of righteousness.
We need judicial revolution to clean this mess from judiciary, and to send home these high treason judges. But there is very little hope because PML NOON is depending and hoping from this partial judicial activism, to destroy ppp and help PML noon in future politic.
