present judiciary trying to convince peoples of pakistan that they trying to applying rule of law in pakistan. I request and demand to cheif justice of pakistan that take somoto action and bring that deal in court between Nawaz Sharif, Musharaf and Saudi government, cancel this deal and restore all convictions and punishments against him and his family and put them in jail for their past crimes.
Also he and others confessed that they took money from ISI when they were running election on the platform of IJI against ppp in 1990, case is already pending in court, we want chief justice apply rule of law on this issue and decide this self-confessed crime and decide political fate of Mr Nawaz Sharif and others involved in this crime and corruption.

Brother, why do you need Suo-Moto action from CJ, when YOUR people are running Pakistan Govt. They have all the power they need to bring forward ALL the cases they want against Nawaz Sharif and his people.
(1) Why isn't PPP Govt. doing that ?
(2) Why do you need CJ to take Suo-Moto action in this regard, when YOUR PEOPLE have the power to start all the cases they want, against them ?
This doesn't make sense. If your people didn't have power, then it would make some sense. The only thing it tells me is, you'r wanting something illegal. That is unacceptable.
PPP Govt. has the power to change constitution through the parliament, and to start cases against Nawaz Sharif in the court of law.
What more do you/they want ?

They did not show complete package of deal in court at that time, they just showed part of that documents because they did not want to show all facts in court and to media, but later saudi official confirmed that deal and 10 years restrictions on Nawaz Sharif because of that deal. that deal save his neck and his convictions and punishments were set aside, all rules of law were ignored to let convicted person go abroad, all loot dollars and gold was packed with him in 42 suitcases, so they can invest in suadi arabia,Uk and in USA for their future.

No need for Suo-Moto. PPP Govt. should bring forward cases against any criminals in the court of law. They were given the power of Govt. of Pakistan for this work.
If they don't do that, then that means, they are giving up their powers, and their duty to judiciary, which means PPP Govt. can be dismissed, because it is of no further use to the state.

Mr zardari and Nawaz Sharif has one unwritten agreement that government will not target to Nawaz Sharif and Noon league for their past, present corruptions and crimes, in return Nawaz Sharif and his party will play friendly oposition role. so do not expect from corrupt zardari that he will bring any case against Mr Nawaz Sharif and others for their crimes, That is why we request chief justice to take suo moto action and bring that deal in court and restore all convitions and punishments against Nawaz Sharif.
ISI funding to IJI case is already in court, Nwaz Sharif and others, including many high official already confessed about that crime, why cheif justice is not bringing that case in court and decide like NRO. if chief justice active only against zardari but not against other corruption case against Nawaz Sharif and others it will prove to peoples of pakistan that this chief justice is just taking revenge from Zardari on name rule of law.

If two criminals have agreement between them, why are you blaming Judiciary for it ? PPP/Mr. Zardari is to blame, because they hold responsibility of ensuring rule of law in this country right now.
I believe, you support PPP. If that is true, then you have no right to complain. It also means you have no further claim. It shows your hypocrisy.

for ur infomration:
1- no one including NS has confessed any oney taken from ISI in IJI case. Its actually a PPP affiliated general (Gen Asad Durrani) who was DG ISI who gave this affedavit. Its just his statement.
2- when NS went to Saudia, there were 2 cases agaisn him and when he came back, he presented himself in the courts and he had been aquitted from Hijacking case and Helicopter case by the courts.
3- Suomoto is for those pople who are helpless or where no other party/authority is there to file a case. as already pointed out by other fellow that its ur PPP govt, u shud take these or any other cases to the courts IMMEDIATELy
DO IT NOW rather than wasting ur time here.

come on guys, why are you denying facts, everybody knows these facts about Nawaz Sharif, that he is founder of billion dollars corruption, in pakistan. How many finance companies and banks they looted in eighties, ninties and then dollar account money which he stolen from over seas pakistanies, packed in 42 suitcases and took away with him. Before Nawaz Sharif no body even know how to steal billions from government and from banks, then gujrat chaudries and zardari follow his techniques, but this chief justice want to target only zardari because of his personal revenge, and other hands he ignoring all kind of crimes and corruption of Nawaz sharif.
Chief Justice and Nawaz sharif are united now to restore each other and protect each other from past unconstitutional, unlawful activies and crimes, that is why this supreume court so quick to acquit Nawaz Sharif from helicopter hijacking and other cases, infact this is reward to Nawaz Sharif for his help to restore chief justice and all pco judges, but every single person in pakistan know this fact that this case was 100% true, Nawaz Sharif order to kill chief of army staff Mushraf in airplane, infact this is not hijacking case, this is high treason and attempt to murder case, to order to kill chief of army staff of pakistan army when he was on duty.

PPP Govt. has stopped appointment of over a 100 judges all over Pakistan for much more than 6 months now.
Does the common man care for your people having made agreements with Nawaz Sharif's party for not doing something about past crimes ? That agreement is PPP's personal concern.
The common man gave PPP votes to work for them. If they are not going to do their job, that is their own problem, not ours.

Nawaz sharif was convicted in 2000, and he should challenge conviction right after that decision, in the time limit, justice Iftikhar ch. and other judges were in supreme court. but Nawaz sharif and his family knew decision is on merit so they try other channel to save his neck, to make deal through Saudi Arabia and some other international personalities. With that deal Nawaz sharif save his neck but killed his credibility as political leader.
After restoration of this judiciary, Nawaz Sharif want to clear that conviction from present judiciary, as reward,for his role in restoration of judiciary, and he was rewarded after 8 year, rule of law was buried behind the margalla hills.Posted 2 years ago on 19 Feb 2010 16:07 #
