Although i mentioned in some other posts that an intentional delay in Karachi Blast investigation may cause problem in the coalition between PPP & MQM, but it further became clear when today Dr. Farooq Sattar formally held a press conference in Karachi and demanded from MQM's executive committee to let MQM PMs sit on opposition benches.
The situation has reached to this point because PPP government let some elements to blame MQM for Karachi blast but when MQM responded with a demand of judicial inquiry and Mustafa Kamal to start rehabilitation work, PPP government had no option but to delay the report and not to go behind the real culprits, which were visible to every one through video clips. PPP was already affected by MQM when they openly refused to support PPP on NRO issue causing PPP heavy political credibility loss. From that time PPP wanted to teach good lesson to MQM and moreover to lessen dependency upon them. In order to act upon the new agenda, PPP restructured the relationship with ANP, which also has some old outstanding accounts with MQM. Appearance of Asfand Yar wali just to defend the known corrupt, was part of the new game. Now the situation is that PPP is also going to strengthen ties with PML-N to keep them calm while PPP takes any action which will serve two purposes viz a viz to keep PML-N calm when PPP takes any indirect action against MQM, and to use this political mileage against SC decision coming in near future. I feel that PML-N has realized the situation and they are not going to provide their shoulder to Mr. Zadari any more. They have also reactivated their relationship with MQM.
But remember this all is a dirty politics game and everyone is now very active and looking for the chance to hit on bull's eye. I feel PPP is going to lose this way or that.
Will you not consider is a shocking surprise that MQM herself is demanding to invite ARMY to control Karachi situation. To me it can be hint for those who understand it.
