Not Article 6 but Bugti's murder

    Will you guys be surprised if you hear that the top two have agreed to try Musharraf not on Article 6 but on Bugti's murder case? They clearly know about the deal which was made on the pressure of KSA but it only included that no one will touch Musharraf on his acts of 3rd November and ask to try him under Article 6. I think that was the only one condition and it did not include his other acts which resulted in hatred either in Balochistan or in the tribal areas.

    You might see in coming days that someone filed a case on Red-Mosque issue as well.

    If Musharraf is tried on such murders, the parties in deal are free from their responsibility as they have not touched the ex-dictator on Article 6, hence, Musharraf will not be able to blame them for violation of the Deal/Agreement.

    What do you guys see ????

    I DETEST!!! this news.

    Article 6 MUST!!! be implemented for Musharraf.

    I don't want lip-service. I WANT JUSTICE.

    Can Article 6 be tried on PCO judge Iftikhar Chaudry as well?

    Dear Wahid .. do you know what is stance of parties asking to apply Article 6 on Musharraf? None of them asking for Musharraf's act of 12 October 1999 because that was later validated from the parliament itself in the form of 17th amendment. The only thing which goes against him is his act of 3rd November 2007. Now you kindly read the constitution again and tell us all that whether this section applies to Ch. Iftikhar or not ?

    article 6 is the thing.
    every can from the politicians and army establishment wont want to be open .
    as they know if it has opened.
    it would take them all away with them.

    I have heard that Musharraf Exit deal included that if he wished to intervene in politics, then the guarantees will become void. Yesterday Fawad Ch. said that Musharraf will certainly come back to Pakistan to take part in politics as it is his right given by constitution. Lets see.

    Secondly, even if Article 6 is not touched,Musharraf can not escape on other charges. If Z.A. Bhutto can be hanged on a murder charge, why not Mush?
