    HYDERABAD, Feb 6: Motorcycle-riding miscreants hurled a petrol bomb into the office of the student wing of Tehrik-i-Insaaf set up in a katcha house in a katchi abadi near Civil Lines Defense Plaza on Monday, which gutted furniture, books, party flags and other items.

    Luckily, no one among a dozen activists sitting there at that time was hurt.

    The activists of Insaaf Students Federation held a demonstration outside the press club, condemn the attack and demanded arrest of culprits.

    An ISF leader Osama Khan Yousufzai said that they were receiving threats from unknown callers for the past few days, asking them to close down the office.

    In my days in Karachi university, only Jamiat students used to physically attack other student groups before the arrival of guns and then during Afghan fasad Jamiat was equipped with AK-47 rifles to intimidate other sdtuent groups and in some cases they used guns as well. I witnessed most of their ghundagardi and badmashi in Karachi university.

    Now Jamiat has lost its power, ghundagardi and influence in educational centres. I wonder if they still attack student groups. Few years ago, Imran was beaten up in Punjab university by Jamiat students. Some Punjab university professors have alos been beaten up by Jamiat students due to some hostel accomodation problem.

    I agree with you zingaro.About 2 weeks back PTI activists and their office was attacked in hyderabad too by the same people.I had posted that thrread
