One man destroying Judiciary for its own vested interests

Chief justice Iftikhar Chaudhary is acting as his last name Chaudhary of Pakistan not as Justice of Pakistan.
Leaders of Lawers movement like of Atizaz Ahsan, Ali Ahmed Kurd, Ifitikhar Chaudhr’s own spokesman Athar Minallah, who have been exploding their throats for restoring him are now mincing no words in criticizing the adventures of Chaudhary.

The only meaning of Justice is equality which is nowhere seen.

The Chief Chaudhary of Pakistan is destroying the very pillar Judiciary by only going after the democratically elected Government and on the other hand not deciding the cases against Nawaz Sharif and his cronies.

by the way ...
you have accused honorable Chief Jusice of some thing .. can you bring some evidence and some event where he acted above the law ... some case of which verdict is against the law ... did he bash Zardari ... Did judiciary not cleared RM from his cases because that was there due to short of evidence ....
I can understand that this blind love of our associated political parties and sects will lead us to where ... blind hatred and blind love is this all about and nothing sense ...

There is a procedure and constitutional remedy to remove an incapable President.
He could be impeached through a motion in the Parliament.

Once he is out of President House, it would be much easy to serve the Justice.

Media Trial and hateful lip service is causing more confusion, division and chaos.

You also accused Zardari for money laundering so could you bring any evidence to that?????The Supreme court no matter anyone agrees or not has become a controversial institution due to their favors to PMLN when all their cases were windup so quickly like their were nothing in the case but on the other hand judiciary is not able to give same performance to others what they gave to PMLN and another thing to consider is that since CJ started sue moto actions all his sue moto actions are based on one province while other province are ignored so this also makes this judiciary controversial....

How about for starters, Chief Chaudhary completely "forgot" about Musharaf the dictator who kept him in custody for months (a crime in itself) instead he only remembers for prosecution PPP who actually freed him? Musharaf issued NRO on behalf of government thus abusing his position so he is squarely guilty in NRO affair but no mention of him altogether, makes you wonder. Incidentally establishment is also against PPP so it's only natural to worry that he is working on behalf of establishment to save military having to do the dirty job themselves.

What ever he is doing is doing at a slow but steady pace and it all goes for the benifit of awam in the long run. Establishment and MI are formidable forces in Pakistan not to be meddled with at any stage.
If they have balls than let them come up and confront both face to face. Why these thieves are acting like deaf and dumb mutes when they have all the power available at hand?

In 2007 IMC had issues 2000 suo-motto cases and brought the functioning of the bureaucracy to a halt.

IMC has time to look at all the corruption of certain individuals but totally ignores the corruption of his benefactors (PML-N).

For certain people he is slow and steady but for others he is full force ahead.

Why is that?

making judiciary politicize is not a new thing in Pakistan.
we are keep experiencing this bad practice time and again.
read the book by Justice Kiyani ,Oraq E Pareshaan.

as long as CJ chudhri is concerned .
yes Nawaz has played his cards well and used CJ issue in his personal interest and political popularity ...
he successfully done that too.

but one has to admit ,it was PPP also ,who was first trying to take political mileage out of this issue ..(remember BB outside CJ house and Latif Khosa of PPP getting wounded)then after US orders ,PPP took a U turn and started hating CJ Iftikhar while creating hurdles in his coming back .

thats how both parties has played their own cards on behalf of Judiciary .
so we cant blame and single out a party ...

ask Aitzaz Ahsan ...wasn't he the part but the leader of CJ movement or not ???

Hypocrisies of Justice
Mehran Bank scandal doesn’t need letter from Government to open the investigation.
The verdict is reserved for last many years in Chaudhary Office he just needs two minutes to deliver the verdict Why delay to appease Nawaz Sharif.

Nawaz Sharis Appeal against his conviction is over ruled after 8 years. As per Constitution If no appeal in one year the conviction is permanent. Why discrimination a poor man rots in jail for life if no appeal. Give me a single example where a appeal is heard after 8 years and relief is given to appease Nawaz Sharif.

Shahbaz Sharif dual membership case pending for last 2 years without any verdict to appease Nawaz Sharif.

Hudaibia Paper mill case where Ishaq Dar gave evidence against Nawaz Sharif no action to appease Nawaz Sharif.

Musharraf remained in Pakistan two months after restoration of Chaudhary no action to appease army.

Lal Mosque case no action to appease army.

Missing person case No action to appease army.

Akbar Bugti Murder case no action to appease army.

It is only zeradri who is a hitch in the way of judiciary,i ask you all, if he is innocent then why he does not declare "The amount is swiss bank belongs to whome".-? Why he does not come forward and openly declare in public that he has nothing to do with Swiss bank account and all other amount in foreign banks,including Sray Mehal,which he first denied then received the amount when it was sold.!!

He is a chief of thives and looter of national wealth.-Agar ek suvar fasal ko kharab keray to ussy ....?

I think CJ is waiting for ageing Asghar Khan's death so that Mehran Bank Case (pending for around 15 years) can be closed !

Defend the points. Izzat ohday se nahi harkaton se hoti hai. These judges are no longer honourable. We gave them one chance despite the fact that they are PCO judges and they blew it. They are nothing but pet dogs of the establishment whose only aim is to crush the working of democratic system.

You cannot refute on point presented by shamwariz.
