Chris Huhne had been serving as a minister of energy in UK.
And now he has resigned. There is a story to it.

In 2003 he allegedly over-sped, and falsely informed the investigating authorities that his wife was driving the vehicle in question. Wife too, falsely accepted that she was the driver.
Now, in 2012, he is being charged with preventing the course of justice over a 2003 speeding case.
And Pakistanis! would you believe that Mr Chris Huhne has resigned from his post to "avoid distraction".
This is what Mr Huhne had to say
"To avoid distraction to either my official duties or my trial defence I am standing down and resigning as energy and climate change secretary. I will of course continue to serve my constituents in Eastleigh."
I think the Brits haven't heard about a thing called NRO and 'immunity'.

  4. Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

@expakistani: It is the common man himself/herself who is "enabling" "this" (one rule for the poor and another for the rich) to "go on" "endlessly".

The common man has not changed himself. If the common man wanted betterment, he/she would change themselves when they "found out" the fact that that which they practice has been failing, consistently, repeatedly.

  6. Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

@expakistani: I take issue with the word "voting" as well.

    Its not just "voting" practice(s) of our people. I'm also talking about;

    (1) decisions
    (2) actions

of people in ALL realms of life (social, economic, political, judicial, defense, intellectual, etc etc).

They are consistently making wrong decisions, taking wrong actions in multiple realms of life. Not only that, they are "consistently" "repeating" the same mistakes "endlessly".

The common man is free to fail and then improve himself/herself.

Adolescents "can" make mistakes. Even Adults can make mistakes.

Having said that, when no lessons are learned from mistakes, when the mistake is "repeated" "consistently", then it cannot be noted as a "mistake". Then, its noted as "crime".

  7. A common voter is very weak and poor. He can be influenced, pressurized and purchased for few thousand rupees. So they can not be blamed. It is our system of injustice to be blamed for.
