Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design Bill 2009

    The House passed the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design Bill 2009. The bill is aimed for reconstitution of Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design Lahore besides setting up its campuses at other places in the country.

    a bill has been passed unanimously by national assembly members-

    was there ever any discussion if it is islamic or not? or what is ruling on this subject from Qur'an/Sunnah? or any treasury mulla objected to that this legislation is not according to their 'school of thought'?

    did any muslim say that this legislation is against my religion?

    This is what guys here should know. Whenever we discuss about democracy and try to prove it to be un-Islamic, the objection we usually come across is election and that’s it. Salam, I hope this point of your will make them understand what democracy really is!!!!!

    uh oh the big bad fashionista's of pakistan (all 200 of them)are out to destroy islamic principles....

    A relevant point to expose the fallacy that the parliament cannot pass an un-Islamic bill and don’t refer to Islam at all while passing such bills.

    Shame on PM, Shame on the whole parliment.This why people question the cradibility of democracy.This is how non state actors/fectors got their way(or rathee sneak) into govt and make people beleive that democrasy is evil/unislamic.

    The other day I read another news about the journalists who took plots in Islamabad.

    That was my point on other thread. Instead of addressing real issues in light of Islamic scriptures our focus is on producing Hafiz's from one end and suicide bombers from the other side. That's how we are serving and adopting Islam in our daily lives.
