Dear Members,
1. Pkpolitics Forum, to some extent, is serving well to ventilate the feelings of thinkers who are directly or indirectly concerned about Pakistan Affairs.
2. The forum provides chances to exercise the freedom of expression which was curbed by the Military Dictators of Pakistan for a long period.
3. Moderation at a growing Opinion Forum, having an International Membership, is not an easy job.
4. I am glad, the Moderators at the Forum are well aware of the Art, Skill and Technique of Moderation.
(i) They know that Moderator Unites, not Divides.
(ii) They know that Moderator is Tutor of Cordiality and not Promoter of Hatred
(iii) They know that Moderator is a Holder of different Folders.
(iv) They know that Moderator should be polite, decent, fair at the choice of phrases and words, while exercising the authority as 'Police officer'.
(v) They know that Moderator stays Moderate even while facing Extremism.
5. I feel that most of the topics, already debated and discussed, are re-emerging with the same stereo type of arguments coming from the members holding position with the same mind set.
6. Due to my personal preferences and limitations, I have decided to quit the forum for further participation.
7. During the heat of discussion, there might be any irritating, annoying or provoking postings through my keyboard for which I apologize.
8. Finally I would like to make one clarification about the DUEL ID ISSUE, which caused lot of harassment, embarrassing and ugly situation at the Forum.
If some members still, believe that Shikra and Javed Sheikh is the same person, then they should also believe that,
Kashif Abbasi and Talaat Hussain is the same person.
Hamid Meer and Shahid Masood is the same person.
Hasan Nisar and Haroon Rashid is the same person.
Mehadi Hasan and Jagjeet Singh is the same person.
Semirza and Beena is the same person.
9. Shikra, after having a good and bad time, is Signing Off the Pkpolitics Discuss Forum for the last time with a promise not to make a posting anymore.
