Why 'patriotic Pakistanis' die for American/Canadian/British Visas ?
Understand one should go anywhere to seek knowledge but wouldn't it be nice if 'patriotic Pakistanis' return to Pakistan after finishing their studies instead of serving 'Kafir Farangees' and paying taxes to 'evil British/American empires' which is also used against 'Islam and Muslims' !
Why 'patriotic Pakistanis' enjoy liberal/secular values of 'Kaafir western societies' and still criticise them, wouldn't it be nice if they return to their country of origin instead of expecting 'Kafir/evil empires' to change their value-system as per 'patriotic Pakistanis' aspirations?

Well, I am discussing the subject. Altaf Hussain is considered as 'patriotic pakistani' by some people of Karachi, so I am trying to agree with you by saying that we need to ship him to sohrab goth to get him some nice 'treatment' :)

Q#2 - Islamic values are liberal and secular. It appears to me that you do not know what exactly "liberty" and being "secular" means. Criticizing a country's policies does NOT mean hating the country. I criticize Pakistani policies more than U.S. foreign policy...does that mean that I hate Pakistan ???

Poor Pakistanis are ready to sell the gold ornaments of their mothers and sisters and agricultural land of their fathers to go to Darul Kuffar, simply because this country is hijacked by the religious maniacs and corrupt politicians. The corrupt ill-visioned politicians are eating up the wealth of country like termites while the religious fanatic mullas have converted the country into a place where suicide bombings, kidnap for ransom, cutting throats for pleasure, destruction of schools and public property, in-fight between different sects of people had become order of the day.

With the passage of the time, it is getting more difficult for ‘shareef’ people to live peacefully and meet their ends. That is why you see heavy rush in passport offices as people seek safety, freedom and prosperity in Darul Kuffar. That is why people are getting fed up with the word of religion. That is why we are heading towards a catastrophe.

I agree with **** secular.

I consider myself a patriotic person who has never lived in Pakistan. I will not lie to myself saying that I am not going back because Pakistan is ruled by extremists, corrupt politicians, talibans, army etc etc because I am simply finding excuses to stay away from my country. The fact that I am outside is better employment opportunities overseas. I also know that if all of us overseas Pakistanis come back as entreprenuers or investors, Pakistan's economy will boost but the process requires the agreement of millions of us which is impossible.

I think im a helpless (and a useless) patriot.

i can easily relate to him to any hypocrite .
he talks about betterment of Pakistan and has left Pakistani voters in crisis for good .
he talks abt peace in Karachi ,on the other hand has a gang of murderers ,who can start mayhem at his order immediately .
he talks about being the representative of a middle class and lives a lavish life ,without doing any job or business ,in the most expensive city of the world .

he talks about being anti feudal ,and works with feudal ,in order to get powers ,he has nominated Zardari as Presidential candidate ,who is a feudal .

he should be declared the champion of hypocracy.

He is engaging in 'calling to' 'vanity'/'ego' of Muslims. Why ****.SECULAR would do this ? It is beyond reason, beyond common sense.

I don't see any positive output, any constructive objective being achieved from this kind of talk.

However, everyone should use this thread's existence, its content to identify ****.SECULAR as an enemy of Muslims, because he is;

(1) talking against the interest of Muslims
(2) talking against common sense
