    بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

O people of Nusrah! Pledge your allegiance to Hizb ut-Tahrir so as to establish the Khilafah and banish America and her agents from Pakistan.

This Ramadan the American crusader embarked on a brutal campaign that left hundreds of Muslims dead and thousands homeless in Pakistan's tribal belt. Until now the American crusader has launched no less than fifteen attacks, firing its "Hellfire" missiles against unarmed men, women and children.

On 3 September, the American Special Forces conducted ground raids in Wana, and slaughtered innocent civilians in full knowledge of the Pakistani military. Rather than repulse the American attacks, the Pakistani civilian and military leadership surrendered Pakistan's sovereignty, reneged on their ceasefire commitment, and commenced fresh operations in Swat with renewed zeal, not witnessed before.

Sensing uneasiness about the Pakistani leadership's ability to quell public and military unrest, America swiftly released $365 million from the Coalition Support Fund to keep the tongue of the agent rulers muzzled and to ensure that 120,000 Pakistani soldiers stationed in FATA do not interfere with US operations.

America then brushed aside Pakistan's feeble protests, pressed ahead with her pitiless onslaught and struck Waziristan on the eve of Zardari's presidential inauguration.

On 9 September, the disgraced Zardari took the presidential oath in front of Hamid Karzai-America's faithful servant and Pakistan's arch enemy. Karzai's participation clearly demonstrates that Zardari is not only intellectually and morally bankrupt, but he has unashamedly adopted America's war against Islam. Besides he has abdicated presidential responsibility to safeguard Pakistan's territorial integrity and prevent western interference in Pakistan. This was evident on his trip to the UK, where he ceded leadership to Britain and opened the door for them to meddle in Pakistan's internal affairs.

After his talks with Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Zardari said, "Britain has always had a better understanding of the Subcontinent than any other country, so if [the UK] will take our point of view and put it across to the world I think it will be better."

Earlier, the British press revealed that Zardari had floated a proposal calling for the establishment of an international consortium led by Britain to reconstruct Pakistan's tribal areas. Zardari is the not the only civilian leader who is visionless, bereft of political ideas and suffers from an inferiority complex. Gilani, the Prime Minister of Pakistan on his return from Washington mentally surrendered himself and conceded defeat. He emphatically states that US cross border raids cannot be resolved except through diplomatic channels. He said, "It is not that we will launch any attack. We will try to convince America, we will try to convince Britain that they should respect sovereignty of Pakistan, and God willing, we will be able to convince them."

This is the reaction of the spineless political leadership to the unfolding crisis. Is the response of the military leadership any better?

Throughout America's Ramadan offensive, General Kiyani has not lifted a single finger to thwart the callous US aggression. At best his use of inflammatory language and his spokesman's vague description about Pakistani troops warding off American intruders has for the moment mollified public anger.

Nonetheless, the 16 September visit of US Joint Chief of Staffs, Andrew Mullen, seriously exposed Kiyani's cowardice and insincerity, when he took no action against American airstrikes in Wana, despite Mullen's assurances that Pakistan's sovereignty would be respected. Mullen also used his visit to expand America's military footprint such that Islamabad and Pakistan's strategic assets are well within her reach. The Los Angles Times reported that Kiyani had agreed to the deployment of US military trainers 20 miles north of the capital. This incident is unequivocal proof that Kiyani is covertly assisting America's butchery of Muslims in the tribal area and simultaneously facilitating American efforts to disarm Pakistan.

    O People of Nusrah!

Do you not perceive your political and military leaders to be cowards who have sold their souls to the warmongering crusaders?

Do you not sense how their words and deeds reek of hypocrisy and treachery?

Do you not feel the humiliation when they rush to the beck and call of their Kafir masters, eager to obey and implement their every instruction?

How long are you prepared to follow such leaders, knowing full well that they are puppets of the Kafir colonialist powers, and all they bring is harm and dishonour upon you and the Muslims of Pakistan?

Obedience to these rulers will only increase the wrath of the Allah سبحانه وتعالى against you in this life, and in the hereafter awaits a painful torment. And remember the example of the Fir'aun of the past, whose army was punished along with him for siding with him and not preventing his tyranny.

    O People of Nusrah!

Surely the time has arrived for you to discard these deceitful politicians and sincerely embrace Hizb ut-Tahrir.

Hizb ut-Tahrir possesses the real politicians of this Ummah, constantly warning the Ummah about the plans of the Kafir colonialist powers and exposing the actions of the agent rulers. You are fully aquatinted with its activities, either through personal contact or through special communiqués issued by your leadership who tremble at the very mention of its name. Indeed, your cowardly leader Kiyani in collusion with America continues to place barriers between you and Hizb ut-Tahrir.

The same evil partnership has succeeded in veiling your eyes and convincing you that your brothers in FATA are your enemies, and that you are too weak to confront America. This is absolutely false, America is near economic collapse, its military is broken in Iraq and overstretched in Afghanistan, the election has paralysed its politics. Given this Hizb ut-Tahrir believes that you possess both the Iman and the fortitude to reverse Pakistan's subjugation to America. All you have to do is put your trust in Allah سبحانه وتعالى and implement the following set of actions:-

    1. Completely sever diplomatic ties with the governments of America and Britain. Seal their embassies and expel their diplomatic and non-diplomatic staff. If backwater states like Bolivia and Venezuela can drive out US ambassadors for interference in their domestic affairs, then it should be much easier for a nuclear power like Pakistan to do likewise.

    2. Withdraw all types of military assistance to the American crusaders. Deny them access to Pakistani military bases, airspace and waterways. Additionally, banish US military and intelligence personnel from Pakistani soil and cease intelligence cooperation with them. Cut all supply lines to NATO and the American war machine. Where appropriate seize their military assets and defend Pakistan's frontiers with your airplanes, tanks and missiles.

    3. Leave the door open for the sincere Muslims of FATA and Baluchistan to swell your ranks, as you move to remove the imperialist border that divides the Muslims and thereby unify Afghanistan and Pakistan into a single entity. This will suffocate the crusader armies and make it extremely difficult for them to pursue their war against Islam.

    4. Deploy nuclear weapons all over Pakistan and warn the crusaders and their allies of a stern response should they persist in their violation of Pakistan's territorial integrity. This maneuver will not weaken Pakistan. On the contrary it will bolster the country's ability to effectively counter regional and international threats. If a small nuclear country like North Korea's can spurn US advances, then Pakistan, a far stronger nuclear power with the seventh largest army in the world, is in a far better position to accomplish much more.

    5. Extend all forms of cooperation to the Kashmiri Muslims. This will keep the Hindu forces pre-occupied and erode India's involvement in Afghanistan. Remember, the superiority of the Pakistani army in Kargil was attained with the assistance of your Kashmiri brothers. The memory of which still haunts the cowardly Hindus.

These are just some of the measures outlined by Hizb ut-Tahrir; there are many others that cannot be mentioned until we meet in private. If you earnestly take these steps, placing your trust in Allah سبحانه وتعالى, then Hizb ut-Tahrir will buttress your efforts. Do not fear political isolation or be afraid of your inability to muster international support. Politics is not your occupation; leave this to Hizb ut-Tahrir. Hizb ut-Tahrir will rally the Arab world and move the Central Asian states and other Muslim countries to support you. And always be mindful of Allah's سبحانه وتعالى help and put your trust in Him alone.

"Say: "Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allâh has ordained for us. He is our Maulâ (Lord, Helper and Protector)." And in Allâh let the believers put their trust." [Surah at Taubah 9:51]

    O People of Nusrah!

Truly, Allah سبحانه وتعالى out of His infinite mercy has blessed you with a golden opportunity to secure a place in Jannah this Ramadan. The last time such a noble opportunity arose was at the time of the RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم, when the Ansar hastened to pledge their allegiance to him صلى الله عليه وسلم at ‘Aqabah, giving him صلى الله عليه وسلم the Nusrah for the establishment of Islam as a rule and a state.

It is reported in the Seerah books: (The Ansar) asked, "O RasulAllah, what is our reward, if we honour our word?" The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "Jannah". They responded, "Hold out your hand," so the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم held out his hand and they made the pledge.

So how many of you are ready to emulate the actions of the Ansar and follow in the footsteps of men like Sa'ad ibn Ma'adh and Usaid ibn Hudhair رضي الله عنهما?

So hurry and pledge your allegiance to Hizb ut-Tahrir so as to establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah state and banish America and her agents from Pakistan.

Allah سبحانه وتعالى has promised paradise for those who follow the Ansar. He سبحانه وتعالى says

"And the foremost to embrace Islam of the Muhajirun (those who migrated from Makkah to Al-Madinah) and the Ansar (the citizens of Al-Madinah who helped and gave aid to the Muhajirun) and also those who followed them exactly (in Faith). Allah is well-pleased with them as they are well-pleased with Him. He has prepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), to dwell therein forever. That is the supreme success." [Surah at Tawbah 9:100]

Once again the members at the forum will face the slogan of Khilafat.
The way this issue was discussed @ the internet, I guessed that Khilafat has been already established, somewhere.
It is for my disappointment that still it is a theory not a practice.

Muslims need unity and it can be without Khilafah. Main thing is our how sincere are we with our own religion. Govt's represents the whole nation and you beleive it or not it reflects the original nation, if elected democratically.
If you look at Pakistan , our nation has no moral values, we dont give importance to islamic moral values e.g. No Gheebat, stop jhoot, Have Cleanliness, Helping the poor, hard work, etc these things are vanishing from our society. No body has control our ghusa.
We even dont let our children read history of Islam. We tell them only positive side, and dont let them know where we made mistakes, which lead to our bad condition.
How Khilafah can solve the main problems faced by the Muslims. Can Khilafa helps in improving the condition of poor man. Is it practically possible.
America and West is doing nothing to us, they just plan to do wrong with us but actually someone out of us helps them.
I beleive if Muslims follow the basic values of Islam they will be surly helped by God in improving their condition.

To run a moment in favour of Khilafa is waste of time, isntead you people can work in some positive direction, which may help muslims in all countries. To combine all muslim countries together is not more than a dream

  11. Here is the reality behind the slogan of so-called Muslim Unity.
Where 100 'authentic Muslims' in Saudi Arabia are witnesses to the sight of the Moon, why their 'SHAHDAT' is not endorsed, accepted and acknowledged by the rest of the Muslims World?
Why those 100 Muslims are not tried and punished for telling a lie?
Why all the so-called-Islamic States don’t trust each other and have established their own Committees to witness the sight of the Moon, every month?
How funny it looks where the people who couldn’t prepare a uniform scientific Calendar, talk about the establishment of Khilafat?

JS you are so out of touch its hilarious.

There is no rule that says all of the world has to follow the moonsighting done in Saudi. Every country should have their own committee to see if the moon has been sighted in their country.

Obviously there will be times when the moon can be sighted from Saudi and not N.America based on weather, lunar position etc. That doesnt mean they have to start or end a month just because Saudi sighted it.

    Posted 3 years ago on 02 Oct 2008 21:24 #
  14. The controversy over the sighting of Moon is not a big issue; this was just one drop out of the pond to test the hygienic components of the water.
My stress was on '100 authentic Muslims'. Saudi Arabia was mentioned for being acknowledged as a little bit credible Muslim Society, comparatively.
Even in one State like Pakistan, the same size of the Moon is sighted on three different days.
What a manifestation of Unity where the Mulla of Bhati Gate Lahore doesn’t trust the Mulla of Gulberg or Model Town?
    How is that?
Just let me know how much is the time difference between Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Pakistan?
What could be the Status on Moon sighting, had all the Middle Eastern Muslim States been united into a single Islamic State under one Khalifa having its Capital in Jordan or Iraq or Tehran?
Would you support for having different Moon Sighting Committees for each Province?

  16. The recognized Chief Mufti of Islamic World has issued a Fatwa that Suicide Bombing is Haram in Islam.
Did that stop the suicide bombings?
How the whole of Muslim population will get united under a Khalifa, where the Muft-i-Azam of Islam failed to earn any respect, submission and obedience?
What formula Khalifa would apply to infuse the sense of obedience among the Muslims to pay their taxes honestly, to observe the Traffic Rules and perform other social obligations?

    Sheikh Saab,

We must understand people's behaviour changes from their understanding of the “related” issue they come across in their daily life in an ever changing reality around us. "Change" does not mean the "change" the tools of trade while the fundamental of the whole game remains the same. To our elder generation this thinking prevailed that by simply equipping their people with new "tools" without the right knowledge & behaviour will change the whole structure of a society towards "universal goodness".
I will not refer to any religious scripture in my argument, for your sack, but will try to engage you to understand the fundamental problem that we face today. "People Representative" government stand for the "values" and "fundamental" principles that a nation believes in. It’s their "Human right" to create a "peaceful" environment through security & justice to promote "civic" life on the piece of land they live upon based on their “values” and “ideas” towards life.
We can’t live on the borrowed laws of Past Colonial masters that have created societies full of illiteracy corruption, and no moral values. You have to take into account the fact that there was a "civic life" before the age of Colonialism. There were civilizations in this very world that we live in who has inspired generations to come. There was a life on this Planet Earth before "White Man's colonial Age”. And this per-colonial age has created societies based on the concept of “justice” and shared values. The “values” so strongly embedded by these ideologies that even people at this time & age feel proud to die for it.
Khilafah system is not like Pop of Vatican city. It’s a system that guarantees its people, Muslims and non-Muslims to have a greater say. Public opinion plays a fundamental role in Khilafah system. Ottomans while sitting in Anatolia earned greater respect of Muslims of Philippine during heir resistance against Americans in 1800’s than today’s USA Administration or European Union. As long as the “religion” is outsourced to local imam you can’t expect much of a “change”. One has to read quran and study sunah to understand the reason and method of this “change”.

JS so in your opinion just because Pakistanis cant agree on moon sighting, we should all just give up on Islam and start hugging and kissing governors from Alaska?

    Posted 3 years ago on 03 Oct 2008 21:11 #
  19. @ Insider,
Don't mix up two different threads to make one point.
    1. The controversy over the sight of moon was quoted just to make you understand the status on the Unity of Muslim Ummah, a pre-requisite to establish Khilafat.
    2. The conversation about Khilafat in a society lacking, Unity, Faith and Discipline, is nothing more than an illusion and intellectual delectation.
    3. I declined to buy the issue of hugging the Governor of Alaska by Zardari, due to a nonsensical exaggeration of the events by sick mentality.
I will definitely condemn and criticize, where Zardari makes any drastic mistake causing a threat to the National Security of Pakistan and its people.

  20. @Dear Shiekh sahib,
its good to see , that the most educated and sensible person on this forum is trying to defend the most insensible and under qualified person....
i am so sorry to differ ....but i have to differ with u ...
Zardari s character is not a secret for any of us ...
we can see the intentions behind his any gesture...
no2..being a President he shud behave like a sober person...
he has to ...otherwise no chance ...
no3..by his attitude towards Ms.Palin ,he has proved that he is a typical feudal ,who thinks that a female can be praised only for her looks ..not for her work or status .
he has also proved that after 9 months of his wifes death ,he is desparate to touch a female ...i still wonder ,how a sober person like Benazir cud even tolarate this disgusting man to touch her ????anyways ....
no4.on one hand he was asking money in the name of BB...
Allah ke naam pe dy do.....is the old slogan for beggers ...
    new one is
BB kay naam pe dy do.....
on the other hand he was desparate to hug Ms.Palin?

cud u plz shed some light on his intentions ?
