PPP decides not to appear on private TV channel talk shows

(17 posts)
  1. After facing a barrage of criticism about corruption and governance failure on prime time TV, PPP leadership decided to adopt a policy of shying away from the private TV talk shows. However, they will continue to promote their performance and point of views on PTV and other public information outlets.

That’s why Fouzia Whaab and Qamar Zaman Kaira are gradually disappearing Aaj from Dunya. Ruling sources argue that if the Court makes us ineligible on the bases of mere [corrupt] police reports, it should do the same against all politicians and order a new election.

That's about the best of policy one can expect from a party headed by a group of criminals.

The other 'austerity' policy is to continue to hold CEC meetings at Aiwan-e-sadar with Public money. yay!

I heard PPP stalwarts defending swiss case and surrey palace case. There is no defense so they resorted to screaming and threatening.

What can they say about these proven cases?

Mere police reports? Are people blind that they can't see what these criminals are doing? Why can't PPP workers think that how their leaders got so much money? How did they get surrey palace, properties in UAE, Swiss accounts. For God's sake nonsense should be stopped and every body should be accountable equally. No one is a sacred cow.

My advice for PPP leadership... not only stay away from TV shows but mob too... Pakistan is heading towards mob justice...
enough is enough... in camra open case proceeding should be there for NRO cases... swift and creepy punishment, and if found innocent the
" kill the guy who register case against innocent Pakistani".

One way or another we can get rid of PML N or PPP.

well said expakistani .. you are absolutely right that there must be fair and impartial investigation for every one. Anyone found guilty must be hanged till death and if it is proved that the case was really registered on political vendetta, then the same punishment should be given to the person who initiated such cases.

Yes when they wil not come on TV talk shows they will come out on streets and talk like the PPPintelectual of Punjab RAJA RIAZ.Oh, boy how he he brought back the sweet memories of yesteryears (70s) how nostalgic. When everything was Gherao Jallao. What fun and frolic, fireworks all around, everyday a holiday wow! those were the days. I would advise this illetrate intellectual of the PPP to bring along the tycoon Jiala Salman Taseer with him.
Now, seriously shouldnt this idiot be booked for TERRORISIM,I would ask the CJ to look into this for this is inviting trouble all over.

somehow i m feeling tht after using the sindh card..ppp is drifting to use the punjab card as well...raja riaz and salman taseer are on the air more often now...may be to show tht its nt jsut sindh we are strong...seems like they are trying thr level best and last attempts to prove tht they are the only "awaam ki muntakhib jamaat".

no need for any cards, now PML-N has joined hands with PPP because of loan defaulters case.

All thugs are getting united under one umbrella of corruption.

  15. Assalam-o-Alaikum-Warahmat-ULLAH ALL,

I still see people from PPP appearing on talk shows.

Looks like they have decided to continue appearing on TV channels, in talk shows.

  17. @ JJ Khan

Don't you already see enough anti-punjabism here, now if he does something else, he will be solely blamed for what happens after PPP is kicked out.
