Privileged Elite Class

(7 posts)
  1. I was in Pakistan for last couple of weeks and i have made a strange observation. While driving on roads you will find many private cars having small green plates on which it is written, Minister, MNA, MPA or even Nazim.

On one hand these people are spending lot of tax money on their security and on the other hand they are disclosing their identity publicly just to be privileged, just to get extra favor from the police.

I know sometimes they are only far relatives of ministers who are enjoying this status but they are doing this on the behalf of ministers who are spending a hell of a poor peoples money on their security. This should be stopped at once as it is a clear contradiction of security measures and all of such people should be treated equally on the road.

  2. @letsdoit,
that's the irony of our nation.
we are a poor nation with rich leaders .
we are under privileged as a nation ,but our leaders wanna enjoy a privileged status .

our leaders are beggars in front of the world .
but wanna be kings amongst their own ppl.

These green plates are extremely irritating and insensitive. There is no reason for such VIP culture. Only PM and President should have the right to hoist flag on their car and have sarkari number plate.

NWFP mein inn ke himmat nahi hoti sarkari number plate laganay kee. lagta hai inn logo ko tabhee hosh aata hai jab jaan pay bann aatee hai.

fouji generals kee bhi aisee hee shaan-o- shaukat hotee hai. mujh ko yeh log dekh kay woh ghareeb clerk yaad aata hai jo saara din office mein boss aur baqi co-workers se insult karata phirtaa hai. hur koi oss ko kamtarr aur ghatyaa samajhtaa hai aur insult kartaa hai aur woh miskeen clerk jawab mein sirf daant nikaalta hai. laikin yahee miskeen clerk jab ghar mein daakhil hotaa hai tou apni khidmat karnay walee masoom biwi kee baat baat pay chappal aur danday se dhunaee kartaa hai.

  5. yes for sure there should be no green plate on any car, every one should be equal but if they insist to be privileged then they should not use Govt. money on their security. They should return their bullet proof Mercedes.
