the JI has already produced fake ballot papers and a written apology from one assistant presiding officer who admitted that he did not perform his duties properly.. i on behalf of the PTI will give u some pics and in a few days will provide u wid more

and we hav approached the election commison but as a deylaying tactic they are trying to prolong the matter...
remember unless the EC gives a decison we cant approach the higher courts

Ager PPP ka candidate hota tou IK ko 2 hazar hi vote milnay thay .

Brother, even if there was no rigging (I am not saying there has been) still the total number of JI or PTI votes would not have been enough for a decisive victory for their candidates!

JI has certainly lost; failing to win voter confidence required for a candidate's victory in any election.

PTI is a rudderless party. No defined policy or goals/targets!

we hav defind policy manifesto and aims... which is why we managed three times more votes then a canidate who was supported by many parties and influential figures... in these by-elections we hav shown a respectable vote bank in lahore,swat and lakki marwat...
and bro i am not cliamin that if there was no rigging pti wud hav won but that does not mean there was none

Good that you managed to win three times more votes as compared to your past performance. But isn't it a clear indicator you have not achieved as you should have had given the time:

-JI - as old as Pakistan itself!
-PTI - 15+ years!

Either you fail to promote your 'defined policy manifesto and aims' to the commons of Pakistan, that is awam or there is something seriously wrong with your defined policy manifesto. Why not have some serious thoughts following action about this issue!

Why PTI is not happy on this result????They got second spot as they are bounced back from humiliation in NA55 by the hands of people of Rawalpindi and still crying its unfair and its wrong....Kia saray paharh sirf PTI aur JI per totay hain???kia kisi aur k sath kuch ghalat nahi hoa????

I accept JI's defeat. There is no second opinion about that.

But, I want justice to be implemented in this case, no matter even if we loose.

Winning elections is not our objective. Our objective is the betterment of the people of this nation.

That betterment cannot! come untill we operate our lives according to the law of the land i.e., Islam.

no we scored 5 times are previous number... the three times was in relation to haifiz suleman butt and yes u are right we hav failed to present our policy to the common man ... but we are finding remedies for dat now by
1.Public seminars
2.mass contact campaigns

Yes, well, JI has nothing to gain from re-conducting by-poll. JI didn't take part in General Elections in Feb, 2008. JI should not take part in these by-polls. JI should wait for next general elections. Its common sense.

I'll still say, PTI should go to court with it. Might help them get a re-election.

My interest is this subject is the rule of law.

i think PTI should take it as good sign and move on with more homework , reoganization of party structure and agenda .... PTI should not waste its time and energy on this pratice i mean rigging wawela ...

well we just pointed out the some incidents of rigging and yes we hav approached the election commison (against harrasment of our workers and rigging)... and we hav decided not to discuss the issue in media again till we get a decison..
we are not crying my frndz we are juts pointing out irregularities

In lahore u managed 10 votes on biraadri base n imrans presence in the const for 15 days, where was ur candidate in jhang n bahawalnagar, another embarrasement awaits u in gujrat...plz also provide evidence for rigging in pindi where u had a ghunda candidate...ure not even a real party

I feel pitty for many of the contributors overhere.Which seems have MUCH GREAT CONFIDENCE over present Pakistani elevtion system....

If you people believe your system than why,

1.Election commission of Pakistan is still not independent like INDIA..
2.Why dont you accept that in Pakistan every election is pre-planned..
3.Do you still believe that present govt was not preplanned by USA envoy..
4.Why dont you people believe that voters needs to be pushed towards certain Party and in Pakistan this time PPP in federal and PMLN in Punjab having the whole power to push the masses in Pakistan towards thier respective Parties in this election..
4.f last three decays these Parties were having thier hands in the states tresury and looted and distrubted even the ZAKAT money among the voters..
I wonder when people comment like PTI dont have any manifestoin otherwise they claim that PMLN and PPP have very much honourable menifesto and IMRAN KHAN and other religious Parties are much stupid to contest elections without any menifesto.........

I really wondered after going to such comments here in this thread and really feel sorry for the knowledge or let me say so called knowledge of politics of the honourable members over here.....
