    Now coming to point ,

    So , SC is going to summon US president or ISAF commanders for these drones ? Whats object of this petition ?

    Why summon foreigners while it is being done with full permission from Pakistan Army & Pakistan Government

    First of all sorry for the capital letters the petetion is going to ask the government what it is doing to protect its citizens... seconfly it si going to question the government over teh cliams of us generals that the drone attacks are done with premisson of pakistan govt... Secondly the fat that is admitted by the USA its self that out of 1153 people killed in drone attacks only 16 were onfirmed terrorists. one if the options in front of the supreme court will be to ask the government to approach the international court of justice..

    First of all i appreciate u for admitting a mistake . Thats like a gentelman. Thank u.

    NOw, coming to objectives of petitioin , gentelman , the foriegn affairs don't fall in the jurisidiction of SC and i really doubt that SC can issue any directives in this regard.

    I wonder that these attacks are happening for last 4/5 years and IK has woke up only when there is a so-called democratic government.

    I just wonder that this petition is just to support establishment once again like his petition which he filed in Septemember 2007 (Alongwith Qazi Hussain Ahmad) regarding mush presidency which was turned down by SC on technical grounds and ultimately was used by mush as a favourable decision from SC to contest oct,2007 presidential elections. I fear IK once again trapped by establishment for its cause.

    it is not foreign affairs, it is on record that it is only with permission of Pak Government they conduct such operations

    so if supreme court summons defence ministry to question the air-bases in use then there might be some result, but till now judiciary has not taken on military generals

    Is there any positive outcome from SC on petition of these drone attack(s) ?

    Is there any justice from the court of law ?

    U r speaking of current/ in service generals , SC can't summon gernals who retired 15/20 years ago :)
