Dunya news report meeting between Khurshid Kasuri and Pervez Musharraf.
If PTI is going to make alliance or facilitate Musharraf then that will be the day to say Bye Bye PTI.

May be they are trying to find working relationship between Mush and IK.
Remember IK doesnt have any experiance in running for office and if you look around best option is Mush rather then NS and Zardari

Why shall he if he doesnt need to. He had the most apt qualification when he took over and now he can also claim that he has ruled for the longest duration since 1988.

May be IK and Javed Hashmi does not like Musharaf. But Imran Khan have to obey ISI and Kayani to make adjustment with their ex boss Musharaf.
Imran has very little option here. Otherwise he will loose support of establishment and ISI.

Musharaf is not interested in premiership of Pakistan, he wants to be a president again, that is the reason his team joined Imran Khan, with the help of Mullana & MQM, PTI will come into power, and than Iran will be the next target by USA & Pak govt will facilitate USA, it will create an unrest in Balochistan, and this gona break Pakistan as per American think tank:

You're absolutely right. We should call a spade a spade. We should think for the country and not for any leader or any party.

I know how people are elected in Muslim League or any other party. Actually they select people at the name of election. I don't blame only Nawaz Shareef. It has been happening in ML before Nawaz Shareef. Other parties that claim to be champions of democracy even do not hold elections in their parties. Most of our parties based on personalities in stead of programs.

Just for the sake of argument.. If ISI is behind PTI and IK than you really think they are idiot enough to waste all their effort just to accomodate Mush.. what support Mush has? he cannot even gather 100 people in any pakistani city...
for IK atleat you can be certain that they have genuine public support.. it was seen in lahore jalsa when their was no accusations of establishment support behind IK.. and as for khi jalsa attendance.. only a fool will credit it to establishment since the max establishment can do is to push some electables in your party and PTI yet have no electables from khi or even in Sindh overall..
So it could be a wish of Mush to join hands with IK and for this he is spreading the rumors at times through "die hard" fans like Marvi Memon.. or by informing Media himself about his planned/non planned non official meetings and personal level meetings with people associated or are around IK/PTI
Tell me one benefit IK will have picking Mush?
And if as I said for the sake of argument we belive that ISI is behind IK why would they want to destroy his credibilty??

So what was the benefit of bringing Masood Sharif in PTI, he hasn't got any electoral support

Masharraf has a limited following in so called enlightened moderate circle and importantly has still got backing in establishment and thats the main reason for IK and MUSH alliance

When a large number of politicians, who supported GM during his dictatorial rule, joins PTI; what do you expect?

KK was the architect of how to surrender sovereignty of Pakistan to USA, he was bowing to India on Kashmir issue and he was trying to establish diplomatic relations with Israel.

there is no parallel that can be drawn between Masood sharif and Mush... Masood sharif may get a few thousand votes even independantly from his constituency.. probably more thn Dr. alvi or Justice Wajih in personal capacity (shame on our political and electoral system) but Musharraf means minus million votes from PTI..
I dont see it happening..

KK came in after 2002 elections.. war started in late 2001..
All these people are "Yes Man".. they will pursue the party or govt policy no matter what.. same is the example of sardar asif.. there was no Issue with his degree but he took party policy to protect fake degree holders from HEC..

So at this point I am not worried (No new worries I should say.. all these peoples joining PTI made me reasses my support for PTI back thn.. but to me personally the conclusion was that IK/PTI is still the best available option)

this has been discussed before in detail.. this is far from ideal situation..but this is not ideal world.. you have to be pragmatic and understand the ground realities.. and these "Electable" Yes men are the ground realities of these constituencies thanks to our electoral/political system and in general socity structure..

Most of them will for sure..that is why I mentioned before that if they find any better option(for their interests) thn IK/PTI.. they sure will turn the otherway..

Yes I think so.. PTI's agenda is same..most of these people are concerned only with constituency politics not much more.. so if a good policy is rolled out they probably wont be a hurdle..

i support PMLN for only one reason, they talk about prosecution of Musharaf for his unconstitutional acts, killing of Nawab Bughti, and i will add every innocent pakistani killed in drone attack, he is murderer of 32,000 Pakistani & 2300 jawans in Kargil & 4500 jawans in WoT. he and his allied generals should bring to justice, this time Generals must be punished.
i want Ayub, Yahyah, Niazi, Zia to be bring out of their graves and hanged in front of civilians.

Mush is desperate to join PTI.

He has approached various people in PTI or associated to PTI. I know one such person in London who mush spoke to.

Every single time, Mush has been told its not possible.

I don't believe PTI will ever accept Mush. If they do, it will be political suicide.

Its very possible that Marvi Memon is speaking to mush (why I dont know), and Mush may be saying to MM that he wants to join PTI, or he thinks he will, but the doors are not open from PTI side.

If you support PML-N for this reason thn I dont know if you have seen wikileak documents or not.. yes they want trial mush but not because of all these reasons you mentioned.. they just want to level the score..
IK is the one who is saying it for last 9-10 years what you are demanding..tht there should not be any drone attacks, no innocent killings and all those doing this are traitors and hurting country and should be trialed.. now that he has been proven right and America has withdrawn Mullah Omer's name from terrorist most wanted list... so give some credit where its due..

If NS was really serious about taking Mush to task, he would have done that while all parties were together during Mush's impeachment.. he was part of the deal under which Mush resigned and went out...
If he was ever serious about Kargil, he would have gone out to Supreme court in the last few years to form a commision to investigate Kargil (Under access to information laws if nothing more like he did in Memogate)
If he was serious about drone attacks he would have raised his voice for it atleast.. but thanks to wikileaks we all know that PML-N was totally on board on War on Terror..

dont think so.. atleast not in every case.. most of those joined in have no corruption allgation even except a few who are accused of some financial corruption but I have my fingers crossed that these will be filtered out during ticket allotments..

I am happy that people raise all these questions when such people join PTI/IK, the same people were meeting and joining NS/PML-N a few months back (and were also in contact with Mush)no one even raised an eyebrow..
I think this is kind of a builtin endormsement for IK

Being a "Yes Person", either means that person does not have any "brains" OR that person has different views but he/she is willing to say "Yes" just to remain in "good books" of "The Leader".

In my opinion, in either case that person will corrupt the system. Corruption is not limited to $, it is also corruption of thought.

Imran was just a rola on drone to divert attention from Raymond Davis case, once that case was done he stop the campaign.

if I talk from PTI or IK prospective.. you need to seperate Financial and moral corruption..
and what could be accpetable in current ground realities..
if these guys are not financially corrupt they wont be a hurdle to implementing PTI's agenda.. since they all are agreeing to agenda and implementation strategy of PTI by jjoining it..
I hope what they are thinking and hoping for pens out like this and we see much needed improvement in Pakistan...

but I personally am in 100% agreement with your analysis.. and thats why I said before tht its all about chosing the best option from the available ones.. probably far from ideal leader or party we would like thm to be...

and why didnt NS/SS sued Brayn hunt and other american diplomatic staff for reporting thm incorrectly..?? I am sure its in your knowledge that US has never denied the existance of these cables rather they have accepted it on multiple ocasions and the current case on the person accused of leaking the documents is also on this basis..

either IK/PTI sat with millitary establishment, agreed on an agenda and the action plan to implement it?
OR Estabishment is pushing some "Electables" towards PTI so that they could manipulate PTI/IK in the future?

In my opinion, without "corruption" of "thought" , financial or any other corruption does not exist. Thus, it is more important not to associate with people like KK and Sardar Asif, who are corrupt in their thinking.

Sardar Ali not only placed roadblocks to HEC on their "fake Degree" investigations but also "declared" that Raymond Davis has immunity, even though the Foriegn Minister of the time was declaring otherwise. He cannot be excused that he was "Yes" person to GM. He is corrupt by his thinking.

But, it seems that IK and PTI have decided otherwise. I am really sorry for the path they have taken to get more members in assembly. Before that, I had hopes with IK to take Pakistan in new direction. Not anymore.
