Muammar Gaddafi 'killed' in gun battle
Reports say that toppled leader and the head of his armed forces have both been killed, following the fall of Sirte.

A senior NTC official has said that Muammar Gaddafi has died of his wounds after being captured near Sirte.

Earlier, Jamal abu-Shaalah, a field commander of NTC, told Al Jazeera that the toppled leader had been seized, but it was not clear whether he was dead or alive.

"He's captured. He's wounded in both legs ... He's been taken away by ambulance," Abdel Majid, a senior NTC military official said.

Majid also said that Abu Bakr Younus Jabr, the head of Gaddafi's armed forces, was killed during the capture of Gaddafi.

The news came shortly after NTC claimed capturing Sirte, Gaddafi's hometown, after weeks of fighting.

NATO and the US state department said it cannot confirm the reports of Gaddafi's death. Meanwhile in Benghazi, crowds gathered in the streets to start celebrating the reports of Gaddafi's death.

These pictures should serve as wake up call for all our leaders, who have been acting as bootlickers of the West.

The West has NO friends ONLY interests. Zardari, Nawaz, Altaf, Asfandyar, Musharraf, Kiyani, Fazul-Ur-Rehman etc. could all end up like this. Traitors have no respect ANYWHERE. Someone who is willing to sell his/her own nation can sell anything. The West knows this fact and hence they have a habit of using them as toilet paper.....Any bells ringing? Saddam hussain and now Qadhafi, and who is next? Zardari or NS?

He signed his death warrant the day he accepted Lockerbie bombing. He was thinking giving away the death money will save his skin but that was a foolish deal to make after denying this for so long.

Inna lillah e wainna elaihe rajioon.

So there is a leadership gap in all middle east. These are very fragile times and any act of violence in Gaza or anywhere else can cause a serious region wide conflict with armies of militants on the loose.

I feel Israel will attack Gaza or Hamas leaders to take revenge of its prisoner swap insult. It will be interesting to see if that translates into a wide conflict.

Secondly, if you look at the situation, the stage seem set for the ancient prophecies to become true. All symbols of stability are gone and a massive chaos is trivial to trigger.

Rumours of Muammar Qaddafi Spread by NTC for Hillary Clinton

    Posted: 2011/10/20
    From: Mathaba

Rumours are circulating with once again European and American leaders misinforming the public, and the usual media culprits Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabia broadcasting the occupation NTC (National Terrorist Council) claim of the capture or death of Muammar Qaddafi.

Green Committees have confirmed that the leader is alive, and that the enemy is seeking to take advantage of his being currently out of communications. The aim is to please Hillary Clinton who barked at her Arab slaves that she wants Muammar Qaddafi "dead or alive."

The analysts who are close to the Libyan leader have told Mathaba that the aim of the rumours is several fold. On the one hand, they wish to demoralize the Libyan resistance which has held out for over 7 months against the strongest terrorists and invading armies in the world. On the other hand, they wish to thus lure the Leader out to make a call in order to attempt to get a fix on his location.

The Secretary-General of the International People's Conference Organization told Mathaba that there is also another aim in this strategy of Clinton and her minions, which is to attempt to perpetuate the myth that the NTC controls all of Libya and that the Jamahiriya is no more, because the NTC has made it clear they cannot declare a government unless they control the entire country.

NATO, the American-European armed forces, primarily cowardly Air Forces which have been bombing Libya non-stop since March this year, and special ground forces and foreign terrorists, have killed an estimated 60,000 Libyans thus far, but the Libyan Jamahiriya remains the only legitimate government because it rests squarely upon the Libyan people.

The IPCO Secretary-General said "Clinton wishes to lay her hands on the over 100 billion dollars of Libyan Jamahiriya assets which have been frozen. She cannot do so legally nor hand over any of those funds on any legal footing so long as the Jamahiriya continues to exist. And it does continue to exist, because it consists of over 6,000 basic people's conferences.

"The fact that the basic people's conferences could not convene at least twice a year as usual this year, has been because of the heavy NATO bombing and lack of security for the public to gather in their conference halls. However, in other countries around the world, elections take place only every 4, 5 or even 7 years, not several times a year as in the Jamahiriya, so the existing policies and legislation remain in force, as well as the existing authorities, until such time as the masses can convene again", the Secretary-General said.

Mathaba Libya news editor said that NATO and Clinton are desperate to show a "victory" in Libya, by way of a compliant media, and the NTC is anxious to provide that "victory" for their masters, in order to secure further support. The NTC leaders and their factions are all fighting amongst each other, and are dissatisfied with the spoils, which so far have not been forthcoming due to the armed population putting up a fierce resistance, and the globalist bankers being unable to keep their promises to the Libyan traitors.

Libyans should continue their mass green demonstrations and resistance, and ignore all rumours, as it has been confirmed that Mu'ammar Qaddafi is alive and well and will not be in communications currently for security reasons. One of the main aims of Clinton has been to kill or capture Qaddafi, or otherwise force him to leave Libya, and none of those aims will be granted her.

Every bandit from Middle East still gets rousing reception in Pakistan. The stadium in Faisalabad was named Qaddafi stadium. I wonder if they will change the name.

Whatever, US/NATO criminals are more happy that anyone because they think that they got rid of their former ally without single casualty. It was solely based on air campaign with no boots on the ground. Already Hillary was in Tripoli asking the new government to hand over roque missiles that may have fallen into "wrong" hands.

Proponents of that strategy will now push for more drones and more B52's in realising their sinister agenda in Muslim countries.

I just saw the Libyan ambassador to US on CNN. He was too apolegetic and too submissive and asking Americans to come and help build the country. This was expected but one thing was bizarre. The media asked this clown about Libya paying all the expenses worth billions of dollars that were spent in bombing campaign. His reply was expected and he said they will consider. I would say he will be forced to pay much more than what was spent.

The clown easily forgot that the same country he is begging for help is occupying 2 brotherly countries. Looks like another neo-con slavery days for Libya worst than Qaddafi.

“Innaa lillahi wa innaa ilayhi raa-ji’oon.” (From Allah we came and to Allah we shall return).

At last a great despot has met his inevitable end. His end was not just painful but even utterly disgraceful. It is about the time for Zardari, Ghillani, Nawaz, Altaf, Mush and their likes to invoke ‘TOBAH-TUN-NASUH’ and give up all devilments. They must realise the wisdom behind a Punjabi quote: ‘ET KUDAI VEER’.

The irony is that the NTC officials themselves committed a grave war crime, who claim that Gaddafi died of wounds received during capture, which is false. The fact is that the tyrant was still alive when captured, but they tortured him to death – clearly, an extra judicial killing.

Today the western world seems to have conquered another Mathura, even Hillary in jubilation mewed ‘WOW’, like a cat, which sounded no better than an oral fart. Obviously, we will see many Pkistani brown copycats purring frequent ‘wows’ on TV shows.

Anyway, Zardari must be sad to witness disgraceful demise of his father in law’s favourite socialist comrade. The madman Gaddafi had nothing to do with cricket, yet Zulfi named the most important cricket stadium after him.

Now, it is time to name the cricket stadium of Lahore with more appropriate name, i.e. ‘IMRAN STADIUM'.

I have never had any liking for Qaddafi but I will never rejoice in the violent end to anyone's life. I hope the NTC will start to rebuild their country following the aspirations of their people, and build a Libya that is democratic and a Libya where people can express their opinions with fear or favour.

The point I would like to make is a different one. Despite having no liking for Qaddafi, I find myself compelled to giving him some respect in his death and the reason for that is; he did not abandon his country or the people who stood by him. This is something we have not seen in Pakistan with the only exception being Z A Bhutto. When the going gets tough, we find that our tough-talking leaders boarding planes and heading off to a life of hellish exile in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and England etc. The people who supported them are always left behind to fend for themselves.

Qaddafi was utterly mad but he at least had integrity, to give his life for what he believed to be right (no matter how wrong I think it was), so what about the Zardaris, Sharifs, Altaf Hussains, Musharafs and 100s of others of Pakistan who flee at the first sign of danger? Should be we expect an honourable end from them as well?

In all Middle Eastern uprising, you will notice protesters and rebels are always carrying their national flag. Not a single place did I see them carrying their party flags.

    Sounds strange.

This implies, the groups were formed in haste and there was no clear leadership, however the movements themselves were very organised which suggests their was some leadership that was organizing and directing the resistance.

In all protests people were carrying national flags because there were no parties of significance as there had never been freedom of polity.

The only party with notable following was in Egypt ie the Muslim Brotherhood, which ordered its flags to box so the west does not get an excuse to support Mubarak

Gaddafi’s crimes against Pakistan were to gratify Bhutto supporters, like backing the hijackers of PIA Plane. Moreover, the disgraceful dictator even tried to pose Pakistan as rouge nuclear state only to gain some favours from the West.

However, he did lay his life on his own soil, whether by choice or otherwise, I cannot say. Bhutto too was a power hungry like his tyrant comrade, who used to say that his throne was too strong, and no one could touch it. He badly miscalculated the reality and even failed to escape for he had no opportunity, otherwise, today he might be living with his soul mate dispot.

Bhutoo was an eccentric person who was famous for his wired decisions. He had whimsically named the cricket stadium of Lahore after his mad comrade who had nothing to do with cricket. Since the contribution of Imran Khan to cricket is immense, thus Qaddafi Stadium should be renamed as ‘Imran Khan Stadium’.

oneup, He died by the sword for what? Green Book that he compiled to replace Quran? He was a plain dictator that fulfilled Western agenda for 42 years. The West love such leaders and use them to the brink and then dump them after achieving maximum dividend. It is same story from Morroco to Iraq.

Gaddafi was used and dumped by NATO. Just before the uprising began, US was trying to win billions of dollars of contract through his son who was touring US as a honored "guest". Now they will be given contracts on silver plate by the new government. It will be just like Saudi and Kuwait that gave billions of dollars of contracts after Gulf war. They were rewarding Uncle Sam for "liberating" Kuwait.

Video after video are now coming in with graphic bloodied pictures of Gaddafi and the mainstream western media is gloating by showing the dead man mutilated and dragged. This is really inhuman way to treat a dead man however evil he may have been. This also shows the sick mentality of the so called freedom fighters..

And compare this with total lack of any such videos for another hated man -OBL.

Cindy Sheehan, the anti war acrtivist said this: "I am sorry, but if you believe the newest death of OBL, you're stupid," Sheehan writes, already setting up a fair and measured conversation. "Just think to yourself--they paraded Saddam's dead sons around to prove they were dead--why do you suppose they hastily buried this version of OBL at sea? This lying, murderous Empire can only exist with your brainwashed consent--just put your flags away and THINK!"

Obama said this: Obama said releasing photos of bin Laden’s body would defy American values.

“That’s not who we are,” the president said, according to quotes from the interview that

and yet they continue to show graphic videos of the dead man.

for your kind information Bhutto can not be blamed war of 1973 but he was used by establishment to put all blame on ZAB otherwise Bhutto made agreement with mujib that he will be PM and Bhutto will be president when yahya got this news he arrested mujib and establishment forced Bhutto to be PM or establishment will take over the power.

What you will comment about Dog zia who was dancing at the tune of America a fake mullah and put Pakistan in trouble onward.

You people are hypocrite and racial mindset worshipers will never accept any leader who may belong from other regions but any Dog like zia from ur region will be hero for you.
You people are infant and will not understand politics it is better to go any former to learn politics.

Politics is a game of puzzle needs brain like BB so she done by fooling all the world powers to reach in Pakistan and then she changed her mind according to voice of Pakistani nation.

If bb was corrupt then who is not corrupt let me say nawaz or shahbaz or not corrupt? Your whole establishment is corrupt.

Let us hang each and every one who is corrupt may be your beloved establishment or your billionaire nawaz?

Let me prove one thing and provide me data of achievements of any leader then compare the achievements of ZAB to BB then things will be analyzed who was most sincere with nation.

You people have no time except propaganda but will never succeed in any campaign against PPPP.

be honest if u are sincere then start names kuetay aor kameeanay from establishment to courts then go ahead to politicans.

Merits and demerits are realities of every personality. Mr. Bhutto's project about the development of an Islamic unity was very great. Being an intelligent man, he successfully attracted the interest of the Muslim leaders like Shah Faisal, Reza Shah Pehalwvi and Qadafi. They agreed on making investments on mega projects for the defence and development of the Muslim world.

However, on the domestic side, some of Mr. Bhutto's policies turned up to be very disadvantageous. His policy of nationalization of industries damaged the industrial infrastructure of Pakistan very badly. Moreover, his colleagues like Khar, Jam Sadiq, Mumtaz Bhutto,,etc. caused a lot of defame to his govt.. The same infamous colleagues had left him alone in his last days. The two helpless ladies Nusrat Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto were struggling for Mr. Bhutto's release.

There is a BIG lesson to learn for our present rulers - especially the three brother Zardari, Nawaz and Shahbaaz.

The question is; will they learn?
IMO they will NOT, because such corrupt people are entangled in all kind of mischief. First of all they have a large chunk of their assets in the very same countries that use them. This means that they will ALWAYS be afraid of doing ANYTHING that can cause freezing of their assets. Since they are doing all these bandar-bant, qalabaziaN, choree etc. for money hence they will stay caught in the grip of the West.

Those who think these creatures will change are all living in fools world! If you want a change then you MUST also vote for a change and not these corrupt people!

Btw: I agree with Pibodla that Qadhafi Stadium should be renamed to "Imran Khan Stadium" for his immense contribution to Pakistani cricket!

Good and bad things are done by every man. A good man is not supposed to do 100% good things. Similarly, a bad man is not supposed to do 100% bad things. Qazzafi was considered to be a good man, but he contributed a lot of money to the nuclear project of Pakistan. CIA's report disclosed that he sent a plane full of dollars to Pakistan. The name of the stadium was thus given because of his cooperation with Pakistan.

Imran should be awarded with something else for his services to Cricket.
