Rape victim pardons PML-N MP

A rape victim appears in the court to pardon the alleged raper and PML-N member of provincial assembly.
Sounds like maafi nama is in action again. No wonder PML-N members follow their leader's lead.

However, I am surprised to see why N-League has not taking any action against this raper and why Shabazi government let his own MP run away. I remember all the PML-N media jump up and down Wasi Zafar(Musharraf minister) mistreated Airport staff. I also remember how PML-N media started crying out loud about Kaira's activities in NY however they chose to completely ignore the PML-N raper.

Also, do you think should the alleged culprit let go even if the victim pardons the alleged culprit? ID ont know much about Pakistani laws but even if victim pardons the alleged raper, government should still press charges against the culprit for breaking the law of the land.

You know the best part is that none of these people who are anti Altaf wont say a damn word. They guy should be punished under HAdd there is enough evidence but no it wont happen.

The issue is if you are against all of them then a lot of people will join from all the camps

But Impartiality breeds sectarian hate and thats whats happening here.

Even medical reports confirmed the act of rape. I mean comeon!!!
and I refuse to believe that the PML-N MPA ran away and no one knows his whereabouts. This is BS!!! They are clearly trying to protect this raper and no one is saying anything about it.

  8. If It was a Murder and the victim's family would have pardoned then may be I would have bought this story But Rape???? Cmon, There is no way that a victim can forgive and forget the act of rape!

Regardless, Rape is a crime whioh is chargable offence in every country and even if the victim or her family fogives and forget, the state should prosecute him.

These kinnda events leads peoples to extremist elements like Taliban for quick and real justice. I am sure that the victim's family has been threatened or bribed to let this matter go..... unless Nawaz and Shahbaz shareef's let their daughters and wives raped and then are prepared to accept a "jazya" or "Mafi nama" in return!

  10. Isn’t it the influence of a traditional choudry of yesteryears at play? This choudry has taken the form and evolved into a powerful industrialist, a corporate farmer or even of a land/property developer. Police, the judiciary are all public service bodies that have opted to be and remain as slaves of such choudries in Punjab, and Waderas, Sardars etc in other parts of Pakistan. Victims are denied justice and above all are further victimized while those who are able to make a difference by standing up and speaking for such helpless victims remain aloof. I believe ‘Tehreek-e-Insa’af should step-in to prove its worth.
