    Thats bad...

    No one was fired from Jang group when they published the story about Musharraf getting scolded from Saudi King when he visited him after he left the office.

    I still like him much better than Ansar Abbasis, Saleh Zafirs and Hamid Meers.

    u r right, many journalists publish fake and fabricated stories, but no accountability .
    I heard, it was not the first time and there had been some warnings given to him ealier on other fabricated stories (one story was the headline of their newspaper).

    You are right Dani,

    Thats bad for Klasra but good for Express. They have set a good example.

    No wonder I now read Express more than Jang. I wish Express website has this taza tareen feature like jang website.

    Both parties Ch Nisar and ISI should deny the story then we can believe.. Ch Nisar is a regular visitor of ISI and Army offices. They wanted to bring a Vote of No Confidence motion in the parliament with the support of Army and ISI but he was refused... Anger on army / ISI is reflection of that refusal... can Ch Nisar deny those “night meetings” which news appears in the newspapers from time to time. Why he and Shahbaz Sharif go to meet military higher ups. they never explained. Daal me kuch kala he… Kahi Raai hote he tu Pahar banta he.

    Becoz representatives of masses betrayed the masses a number of time .. Even Ch Nisar betrayed Nawaz Sharif and the party during the quo of 1999.. as Nawaz Sharif ' son mentioned in his book.

    @ PTI fan club

    Please make up your mind about PML-N. You have been accusing it of being friendly opposition which refused to support no confidence motion against PPP govt. Now you are accusing PML-N of being against ISI because ISI refused to help them bring no confidence motion against the govt.

    So what it really is? Or maybe you just like to bad mouth PML-N, no matter what it does, hoping that this would help PTI.

    24 March 2011

    Name: Abbas Athar
    Profession: Journalism
    Portfolio: Daily Express News, Express TV, Express Tribune
    Awarded: Hilal-e-Shujaat by President Asif Zardari

    Mr. Abbas Athar was amongst other journalists who received this award.Mr. Athar has been serving the party (PPP) and leadership for a very long time and especially in these three years he has exerted his all energies to prove that Nation has finally found the right person Mr. Zardari.He also holds the expertise of defamation of anyone (even belonged to PPP) who dares to speak against Zardari & Co. (Example: Shah Mehmood Qureshi).

    But I highly protest on this discrimination and feel it below the level of Mr. Abbas Athar that he was awarded with merely a Hilal-e-Shujaat. He rightly deserves Nishan-e-Hyder for his unending service for the party. Hence I demand from the government to immediately apologize from Mr. Abbas Athar for this big mistake and a Nishan-e-Hyder should be announced for him.

    @aristotle,

    Quit worrying too much there buddy.....have you in your personal capacity seen Nisar visiting GHQ and ISI offices?

    Siddiqi73 ... I have found two zealous and untiring siddiqies who feel their religious duty to defend Noon league. One is you and the other is Irfan Siddiqui (Columnist of Jang).

    Like you demanded from aristotle that has he seen Nisar visiting the army offices, then someone else may also demand Noon league if they have personally seen the meeting of BB with Musharraf?

    I will just write one misra ...

    It would be a news for Nawaz Sharif's son, just like it is for everyone else, that he wrote a book. Congrats on this "discovery".

    Newspapers have carried the stories abt Ch Nisar and Shahbaz visits and meetings with army and ISI officials during past one yea r at different times. PPP’s members always taunt the PML- N members in with the reference of these secret meetings.

    BTW, I wonder since when the fan club has become such a well wisher of Nawaz Sharif that they are worried about Nisar's "betrayal" of him. Nawaz himself seems to have no problem with such alleged "betrayal".

    Or maybe Nisar has become the latest symbol of hate because of the drubbing he gave to "test-tube khan" and his political masters.

    One of these the net clubbers would have to decide whether they love Imran Khan or hate Nawaz Sharif.

    @Siddiqi73

    This is not about loving or hating a politician. It's about which politicians holds Pakistan's interest supreme!

    Many people love IK, because he represents their way of thinking and many people hate NS because they think he is a sell out and will never change. Remember NS/SS had many chances, but refused to change. And still they are protecting the corrupt rule of Zardari.

    Of course many people like Imran, just like many more people like Nawaz and some may even like Zardari. But why should it mean that we have to criticize every policy and action of those whom we do not like and defend everything done by those whom we like.

    Nawaz, Imran and others are not angels but human beings who may do good as well as bad deeds. Instead of worshiping personalities, why can't we appreciate good deeds done by anybody and criticize bad deeds done by anybody?

    "But why should it mean that we have to criticize every policy and action of those whom we do not like and defend everything done by those whom we like."

    In principle I agree with you, but the problem is that both NS and Zardari say one thing but practices something else. Thatø's all together a BIG issue in Pakistani politics.

    @scandinavian,

    Buddy boy, NS & SS would just not go all ballistic against Zardari for the sake of toppling him and then see themselves being sidelines by some new pawn of the establishment. They know their game well and would not dance to the tunes of someone else.
