Yesterday all talk shows mentioned Rawalpindi bar passed a unanimous resolution against COAS and in favor of CJ. All of them said language is so harsh that they can't repeat that on TV. I really doubt that. Can anyone post the text of resolution to see how really harsh is it?

This is great. It's a changed Pakistan now. The COAS should shut up and not interfere into the matters of the court.

Army intervention has already weakened Pakistan, because their intervention not only creates imbalance in the system, but also even after they leave, their illegitimate leftovers keep dirtying the system, like shown by Asghar Khan's case.

Upto now no channel of newspaper has the text of that resolution. Just is the news of few news channels and newspapers that A unanimous resolution is passed in Pindi Bar critising Isfaq Perviaz Kiyani in a very aggressive way. they demanded resolution of Kiyani and demanded SC to finish the the extension of kiyani.

I already watched couple of talk shows. I was curious what is the text of the resolution. Why it's not easily available in media?

  7. because media is not yet so responsible. ander ki khabrian break ke ha unho na...........Kiyani is the head of our Respected Institution like Army. So our Media Should show responsibility as it is the matter of respect.

I am surprised why media was saying it's too harsh to even read on TV. All it is saying nobody is above all and more importantly it talks about sitting Generals not just retired. It should have been widely covered in media.

Among other things, the resolution said:

--- The number of generals should be reduced by 70% and their perks curtailed

--- DHA and other commercial organizations controlled by army shoudl be shut down. (Don't forget these are some of the biggest advertisers on media).

--- Contracts given to Gen Kayani's brother by defence organizations should be investigated.

All these points are quite harsh for much of the media.

In all civilized nations (whose aid feeds the hungry and poor establishment in pakistan) generals are not above criticism and they are strongly disciplined if they ever try to meddle in civilian matters.

Only in banana or amb "republics" do they gain the level of god where even criticism of them is too sensitive to publish.

    what stupidity.
