Raymond Case: Under "Court's" Pressure, ISI Puts Out One Relative

(9 posts)
  1. I put "Court's" in quotes because I say they are part of this scam but are pretending not to be. This sudden find is certainly well-orchastrates and attemps to cover the bvtts of all involved. Interesting that every sentence spoken is to cover up some lie and none agree with the other...

Earlier: Davis case: Federal, Punjab govts given 10 days to recover heirs

Here is the story from Dawn:
US not directly involved in blood money deal, says victim’s brother
KARACHI: The elder brother of Fahim, who was killed along with his friend by a CIA contractor Raymond Davis in Lahore, said they were under no pressure to strike the blood money deal and that the United States was not directly involved in the deal.

While talking exclusively to DawnNews from an undisclosed location, Akram said that government officials had told them about the pros and cons of continuing with the case and we took the decision of accepting the money for the sake of Pakistan

He declined to answer a question about the involvement of the Punjab government in the case and said that he did not know about it.

He said his family had gone into hiding after the deal because of security concerns.

Akram said his family was not coming out because they feared hostility from the public. My family will come out of hiding in due time, he added.

  2. "government officials had told them about the pros and cons of continuing with the case and we took the decision of accepting the money for the sake of Pakistan"

One thing not mentioned in the story as it appears above (but being said on DawnNews channle) is that he said "If we didn't accept the money, same would have been done to Pakistan as Libya"

Question that right away come to mind are:
    -- who told them that?
-- I thought he said "were under no pressure to strike the blood money"
-- Didn't Libya happen AFTER that (Raymond released March 16, UN passed "No-fly zone" resolution March 17)? So someone has fed 'em that and is completely baselss.
-- What kind of a stupid institution will come up with that? Holding Raymond doesn't even come close to Qaddafi's actions.

ISI and Kayani can never displease USA- they're her stooges. RD was involved in state terrorism but our sell-out rulers disregarded our national interests and released him. This blood money deal was struck with the help of establishment, fed and punjab govs.

It seems that ISI mentally convinced them for the deal-

The Dawn Channel traced the whereabouts of a brother of Fahim and questioned him on certain facts and figures. Fahim's brother could not answer most of the questions satisfactorily. What was evident from his behavior was that he was under heavy threats from hidden elements.

Everything in the world has a pricetag attached to it, so if the families of Faizan and Faheem were made to agree to diyat is not strange. The strangest thing is the secrecy behind the whole happening and the court's mysterious silence. Why no charges were placed on D.R, for spying and for his anti state activities? Why ISI was allowed to act as a state within state and most of all why the law was missused in this fashion. I believe that all actors on federal and provincial levels were taken aboard and that includes even our who re judiciary as well. So why this topi drama?
