Sacrification of Gilani Government

    The topic looks like quite similar to a cloud out of season. But does anyone has given any weightage to this point?

    Does anyone think that Mr. Zardari can slaughter Gilani government in order to prolong his tenor? I will seek you guy's analysis as I feel Mr. Zardari can do it to deceive teh general public once again. The charges on Gilani government are all known to you guys. I feel it may happen around Senate election thus to divert the attention of all to this issue instead of joining hands against Zardari. There are people who can be ordered to sit in PM chair for remaining tenor of existing assemblies.

    All this is a hypothical assumption but if Mr. Zardari plays this card.............what will be response of king makers. To me this way or that king makers are not ready to let PPP win senate elections.

    These rumors are there from last 10 months or so, i think there is some weight in it, Gillani Govt. abolished itself when they dissolved the cabinet earlier this year... but that didn't did any good to them as most of the ministers were able to have same portfolios... only few were sidelined by the top-leadership.

    Zardari is playing his cards smartly, he knows that senate elections are important and he would be ready to sacrifice lot more than the Gillani Govt... so let see, whats coming up in the last quarter of this year.

    I was also wondering about the Noun 'Sacrification'.I found that it is mentioned in Merrian webster dictionary. It has Latin roots.

    If there is one thing you should have learn about Zardari in the past three years, is that he believes that political stability is very important. Hence the government keeps on including more and more allies and despite PML-N extreme stances no actions are taken to reopen corruption cases against them.

    Hence it is foolish to think that Yousuf Raza Gilani is going anywhere!

    What is the point of a political stability when its sole basis is to protect the thieves? Zardari is allowed to play his cards right because of the people he's joining hands with are themselves corrupt and thieves. In this situation any party that would have Pakistan as its priority would leave the gov't after what it has done with judiciary.

    every thing is expected from Zardari to save his government.

    Zardari can put hands on throat and feet as well as and when required.

    Zardari is better than so called intellegent ZAB and BB.

    Without political stability nothing can go right.

    A case in point is the fact that now the judiciary can feel confident enough to give verdicts against army men which was thought unthinkable before and is rare even today.

    But institution building is a very slow process, and hence needs time. Our bureaucracy and national institutions were ruined by army and need time, alot of it. So it is important for the institutions that they are allowed tp strengthen themselves.

    @ oneUp,

    You are talking about only A "Qasai", infact whole Pakistani nation is brushing up on their knife skills for this occasion.

    The things Zardari did to our country in the last few years, I believe his days are numbered and his time is near.

    Allah na karay that Zardari literally becomes a shaheed. After all his crimes this would be the best case scenario for him. He deserves a humiliation and not a shaheeds death.
