The PPP that had been in ICU has been giving life blood by our dearest one-sided SC ... PPP stands reinvigorated and ready for battle.. I am sure PPP welcomes this confrontation ...since it is win win for them whatever the outcome... they had also shown to the masses how establishment is playing its double game...the military establishment and justices and their unholy alliance is fully exposed..

this victimization has unified PPP rank and cadre...none of their allies have left them...3 provincial assemblies, kashmir and gilgit baltistan assembly as well as national assembly is with them...

all except the stake holders from Punjab...ie Army, judiciary, and Punjab assembly...our "true custodians" ...they will again bully the whole nation against its will ... to hell with federation...it is either their way or highway...really sad but true state of affairs in Islamic Republic of Pakistan...all ppl from Punjab besides the vested interests ...ppl like Hamid Mir, Asma Jehangir, and Najam Sethi, see this injustice, openly acknowledge this, and criticize it ...

there is still time to save Pakistan .. we r losinng Baluchistan...and we might lose Sindh too ... let justice be done ...and seen to be done across the board...not this sham witch hunt

PPP kay kartootoon say sari qoom tang hay. Is liye qoom say yeh umeed lagana kay woh sath hai kham kiyali hay. Is waqat Jamhuriat ko nahin balkay PPP kay rahnmaoon ko khatra hay. Woh mukhmal tau par expose ho chukay hain. Jo log 4 sal say qoom ko zalil kar rahe hain ab un kay zalil honey ka waqat a gia hai. Jamhuriat ki stamp lagwa kar anay waley awami adaray Supreme court main Jawab day nahin hain. Aur corruption karna apna haq samjtay hain. Sindh aur balochistan ko tou chor dain. Log flood main dhobay howay thay kisi nay bahir nikal kar poochna ghawara nahin kia.

Will you leave your biases aside ...and answer just one question...is this accountability across the board ... there are far more heinous crimes committed by our beloved sipah salaar ..which is even in CJ affidavit when he was held at mush's camp office..what about that...

Justice cannot be selective ...

All the people across the board are equal before the law. If someone is held guilty of doing something wrong he would start giving previous references in the court of law. What if someone found guilty of murder of benazir bhutto he would start telling the court that you look in the past you were unable to do justice that is why i dont believe in courts of this country. I should be allowed to do wrong thing or allowed to voilate the law. I know a lot of cases are pending in the court of law but due to insufficient evidence those cases could not be decided. If you are referring to Benzir Bhutto case in that case too Govt is not willing to provide further evidence or postmortum of her body. Court is not selective they doing their work on its merit. But this does not absolve Courts of their duty to deliver justice in timely fashion.

When the courts quote so many hadiths they should also mention the one where one of Qureshs noble and rich woman Fatima is caught stealing and some of the ppl ask Holy Prophet (PBUH) to pardon her...and the Holy Prophet (PBUH) says that had it been even her daughter Fatima (RA) he wouldnt have spared her...He further said that the nations before you were destroyed because they were SELECTIVE in their judicial system ... it is not exact but just the essence of the hadith ...

Is it not what the case is today...SELECTIVE dracanion justice for ONE set of people .... HIGHLY unacceptable

your this reaction proves one thing that they are culprits but now they don't want have themselves trial in this court. They are neither implementing decision of parliment nor they are willing to accept SC decision rather they will keep on ridiculing their decisions. This is a case of high priority. Its a matter national prestige.
