The whole "pay taxes" sermons are for others. These do not apply to PTI. As all military run facilities are exempt from property tax, therefore PTI office also being a military run facility is not obligated to pay any property tax.
As for sealing of Meera's property for non tax payment, this is yet another revenge tactic by Punjab government because Meera was about to announce her joining PTI.
