Shouldnt the travel ban on Hussain Haqqani be lifted ...

    In light of the latest development shouldnt the travel ban on HH be lifted, after all he is innocent till proven guilty...why double standards ...HH testimony should be taken by video confrence too outside the country...no more witch hunt...our custodians of law should have this one sided jutice

    Ijaz refuses to come on security concerns: Counsel

    Akram Sheikh said that his client has refused to come to Pakistan due to security reasons.

    Talking to the media in Islamabad, Akram Sheikh Advocate and counsel for Mansoor Ijaz said that he held a tele-conference recently with his client Mansoor Ijaz in which he (Akram) has briefed Ijaz about the security arrangements.

    Akram Sheikh said that Ijaz has refused to come to Pakistan due to security reasons. Akram Sheikh said that efforts are being made to trap Mansoor Ijaz here in Pakistan, therefore, he (Ijaz) would record his statement from outside the country

    he came back upon presidents order. why is the prime minister hiding him in his palace?
    na yeh logh black berry daitay hain na swiss courts ko khat likh saktay hain? yeh badmashi hai ya chori pakray janay ka durr?

    in any court of law the onus is on the accuser to prove his allegations first...the law is he is innocent unless proven guilty...not guilty unless proven innocent...ur prejudice does not change the universally accepted laws of justice...

    THE ONUS IS ON ESTABLISHMENT AND MI TO PROVE THEIR ALLEGATION...

    Pasha morally shoud resign since his ace witness is not willing to show up...the ISI has been trapped by MI ...a known ISI hater...

    not willing to show up or is it that the govt which wants to arrest him or harm him, didnt you read what rehman malik said?
    please read news papers before further putting your self assumptions

    b,t court has another option to send a delegation to record his statements from abroad.

    for sure he should not expect red carpet rolled out for him ... excuses excuses excuses...

    as an american national, and with the vibrant media, establishment, judiciary and opposition ...assurances by the AG and interior ministry...no one in the govt could have dared touched him...it would have back fired big time ... and the fall govt. would become imminent...

    r u really this simple minded to fall for that propaganda... :)

    one one side your talking about law and on the other side and before proceedings you are calling the whole event as propaganda. what a contradiction.

    Yes i am calling it propaganda, till the time it is proven in a court ...even the court doesnot accept it as a fact as yet ... this is the definitive answer, one goes to the court for ...

    its an obvious contradiction from your posts.
    he deliberately doesnt want to give his phone to the court.
    and that makes him suspicious in the eyes of court.
    and by calling it propaganda could lead to contempt of court

    The onus of proof is on accuser.

    Why should HH defend himself and against what ? First allegations need to be tabled and proof put forward before asking the accused for defence.
